Beware the Alphas claim

"No way i'm explaining it to her" Kai whispered thinking I wouldn't be able to hear them. They still thought I was out playing in the water.

"come on you already gave the whole speech to the other kids so why not for Nyx" Imperium laughed.

"its weird" Kai said laughing.

I walked out of the brush half unsure of how my presence would change their mood and I wondered why Kai was so against telling me.

"Come on Kai just give me the basics" I said playfully. I mean seriously what was the big deal about it. 

"Horney teens are whatever, but explaining it to my future Luna and not to mention my brothers friend. Thats just a little weird" He muttered looking down and slightly embarrassed.

"wait whats a Luna?" 

"Imp here is the alpha. Our leader and well since your his mate your our alpha female our Luna. you have the same authority as Imp in the pack" he replied.

"Okay so and how do we complete the mating bond again. It's not anything crazy right? Like this aint a cult so there's no circle where people chant and we cut our palms and drink each others blood right?" I laughed looking at Kai.

"What no it's not THAT weird. It's just a lot for a non werewolf to understand and I don't wanna deal with your crazy ass judging pack traditions. But fine so basically the mating run down is that Imp over here has to bite you on your neck" he said but stopped as he shot down my raised eyebrow. Since when is bitting someones neck not as crazy as drinking blood? 

 Before a mischievous look appeared on his face as he continued, "and then you guys bang like bunnies and then bam you guys are fully mated and your the new luna" he said bluntly as if it was completely normal. I could feel my jaw drop. 

" Wait what did you just say. what sort of barbaric.." I was about to rant at how insane this was before Kai interrupted. 

"its not barbaric its in our nature. Its what are wolves require so sorry no substitutions you just have to do it" Kai said before taking his shirt off and jumping into the water.

"Plus sooner or later it's going to be impossible to resist the urge to mate" he shouted from the water.

I looked to Imperium with disbelief before shouting "I just met you a couple of months ago so I don't care about this crazy werewolf tradition. WE ARE WAITING."

He laughed pulling me to his side so we were right at the edge of the water and if I were to move back away from him I would fall in. He slowly moved his hands to my face leaving a trail of heat everywhere his hands touched.

He leaned his face in towards me and his earthy smell was so intoxicating I wanted to just pull him in. Yeah I know just moments ago I was basically yelling at imperium that we were ganna wait but that doesn't mean I wasn't tempted. I mean kissing would be okay right? Strangers kiss all the time in Europe as a greeting and i'm his mate so this wasn't a problem.

 His breath was warm as he just barley touched his lips to mine causing me to wrap my hands around his neck to deepen the kiss. his quickly moved his lips away from me and a teasing look crossed his face.

 He started placing soft kisses along my shoulder slowly moving his way until he was just above my collar bone. I couldn't help the moan that escaped my lips as he started to suck on the spot. It sent shivers down my spine and made my legs feel numb and I couldn't help but wonder if my eyes were tinged purple as they always turned when he touched me. He grabbed my waist to steady me as if he knew I was going to be particularly sensitive there.

I knew for a fact a hickie was forming but at the moment I didn't care. All I cared about was that Imperium was kissing me and I wanted more. 

"This is where I'll mark you" he whispered into my skin. His husky voice causing me to forget about what colour my eyes were and focused on what his lips were doing. 

I watched a single droplet from his earlier swim trail from his exposed chest down his abdomen and into the hem of his now very noticeably low hung boxer shorts. 

I closed my eyes because if I didn't it sure as hell wasn't just ganna be my eyes follow that tiny droplet.

Imperium grabbed my chin causing me to open my eyes and look into his and that was all it took. The look of want in his eyes gave me enough validation as my hand trailed down his chest until it reached the hem of his boxer shorts causing him to growl.

He looked at me questionably before he pulled me in even closer to him despite how close we already were as my pointer and middle fingers grazed just under the waistband of his shorts.

 Imperium kissed my neck where he said he would mark me one last time and just as I made a move to push my fingers further down  into his shorts I felt Imperiums warm breath at my ear.

 "I thought you wanted to wait" he whispered before he grabbed each of my shoulder and just slightly pushed me back. It wasn't even hard but at that moment I was so shocked and also really aroused.  I slipped into the water with the last thing I saw being imperium laughing his ass off and me glaring at him before I was fully submerged into the water.
