Hannah's POV:

It had been three freakin days and still no God has claimed me. I sighed in frustration then pounding my fist against the wall. "Hannah are you going to join us at the breakfast pavilion?", said my red haired friend, Cassie Vale. I responded ," Go ahead. I need a moment." She left quietly. I looked around and found that I was the last one in the Hermes cabin which is really rare. Hermes really needs to dial down on the kids.
I smiled, opening my backpack that had all of my belongings in it. I took out a pair of dark skinny jeans, a orange long-sleeved shirt that had "Camp Halfblood" printed on the front, and a pair of combat boots. I haven't needed my puffer coat, snow boots, or snow accessories because of the blueish force field surrounding camp. I changed and pulled my hair up in a perfect bun.
When I looked in the mirror, I was surprised by the face staring back at my. This Hannah had bags under her eyes and looked as if she had all the energy sucked out of her. I hadn't had a proper sleep in days because of the constant feeling that Grace needed me and that my cabin mates were all super noisy.
I grabbed my golden knife and headed outside. Despite the dome there was a faint chill in the air. I started walking toward the breakfast pavilion, but ran into two of my other friends, Faith Keelson and Quinn Brooks. "There is a mandatory meeting at the Big House for all cabin heads and unclaimed demigods.", Quinn said as brushed by me. I know she was just trying to be nice because I'm the only demigod unclaimed right now. I turned on my heels and followed them towards the Big House. I'll get breakfast later, I thought to myself.
"Quiet!", shouted Chiron, "Quiet!" We all shut our mouths. Chiron continued,"It has been brought to my attention that a demigod hasn't been claimed and it's the third day." I shrank into me seat. "According to the agreement with Zeus, the king of the Gods, and Perseus Jackson, the gods must claim there children in a day's time.", spoke Chiron.
I felt a strange tingle in my head when he said "Perseus Jackson". Who is that? And what's the connection?
"This means that something has happened to Zeus and the Gods or that...", he paused,"Percy is dead." The crowd gasped. I was really confused now. The crowd broke into chaos. I heard mixture of comments like "Zeus is a traitor" and "I thought Percy was in New Rome".
Chiron stamped is staff on the ground, trying to return order. The halfbloods just yelled louder. People started pressing in on my sides and I was getting angry. Why is this such a big deal?, I thought as someone elbowed me in the ribs, Yeah Zeus might've broken a promise and this Percy guy might be dead but it's not the end of the world. I looked up, noticing everyone was staring at me. I felt me cheeks burn red. "What?", I questioned, looking at the crowd of camp counselors. Finally the Aries cabin leader spoke, "Git turn around!" I spun around in anger, no one calls me a git. I'll beat the crap out of him in Capture the Flag.
I met face to face with Chiron. I gasped. He was surrounded by a bubble of water that made him float about 4 feet in the air. I felt my anger replace with fear and astonishment. The water bubble broke sending Chiron dropping to the ground. "I think I have an idea who Hannah's godly parent is.", said Chiron as he got up, "Poseidon daughter!" The crowd roared.
