Episode 16 Overtime

Kaitlyn and Aevum were fussing back and forth about using time. ''You've got to be kidding?'' Kaitlyn said. ''Fellow child I am not kidding with you, I'm merely giving you a chance'' Aevum said. ''I can travel through space and time itself'' Aveum continued. Kaitlyn held her arms and got angry. ''Well! anyone can do that!'' Kaitlyn yelled. Aeveum smiled and looked away. ''You're a funny Sparagon, I'll give you that one'' Aevum said. 

''What exactly are you?'' Kaitlyn asked. ''I am the balance of time'' Aevum said. ''I understand'' Kaitlyn said. Aevum grabbed Kaitlyn's hand a took her through a portal. They were between universes. ''You cannot save your friends, I'm sorry it's just not happening'' Aevum said. Kaitlyn started to shake her fists. ''The Desaters kill all and we can't stop it because they overpower us'' Aevum said. ''Us?'' Kaitlyn asked. ''Us as In Mortagus and other schools but Don Sinodium works with them'' Aevum said. ''The only thing I can do for you Is teleport you to your friends, I could also take you back but you will watch your friends die'' Aevum said. 

Kaitlyn had to make a choice. Kaitlyn stood silent, thinking about what she should do. Kaitlyn shook her fists up to her chin and started to look serious. ''I made my choice'' Kaitlyn said. ''Ok which Is It?'' Aevum asked. ''I choose to go back to The Legend Of Zelda!'' Kaitlyn said. ''What?! did you hear what I told you?! you cannot save them, you're a fool!'' Aevum yelled. ''I'd be even more of a fool to abandon those who tried to protect me! I'd be more of a fool to a abandon... my friends!'' Kaitlyn yelled. ''You simply cannot stop them I'm the balance of time, I've seen countless people like you die from making choices like these'' Aevum said. 

''If I die then it'll be a hero's death, but I won't allow myself to just leave them I don't care what happens to me!'' Kaitlyn yelled. Aevum was shocked to hear what Kaitlyn had to say and he didn't know how to respond since nothing was changing her mind. ''If I focus enough... there are no limits to my strength and love!'' Kaitlyn yelled. Kaitlyn remembered when Jet risked his life to save her and Martin a few days ago. ''Jet! I won't let your death be In vein!'' Kaitlyn yelled. ''You have quite the confidence'' Aevum said. 

''No, confidence has nothing to do with It, it's more of a fear'' Kaitlyn said. ''Fair enough, I will take you back as you wish but remember this, life Is like a flame, It sparks high until water comes down and takes It out, leaving smoke In the process'' Aevum said. ''Right!'' Kaitlyn agreed. Aevum waved his hand and Kaitlyn was back to the Zelda universe.  ''I won't let you win!'' Kaitlyn shouted aloud. She felt different this time. A Desater was trying to attack her. She kicked The Desater In the face with one leg and used her other leg to trip him. And before he hit the ground she kicked him in the torso causing him to fly into the window In front of her.

A guy shouted from the window. ''You kids keep throwing people In side my window!'' A man shouted. Kaitlyn had dirt on her face and got off the ground. She saw Zelda and Link struggling. The Desater put his sword In Link's face. ''I won't allow you to hurt her!'' Link yelled. Kaitlyn felt energy rushing threw her whole body. The Desater's shadow was coming over Link. Link and Zelda looked at each other. ''You know what's going to happen to us right?'' Link asked. ''Yeah'' Zelda said. The Desaters were overpowering the 2 and were at the verge of death. 

Kaitlyn used both hands to lift both of the Desaters and throw them Into walls. Link and Zelda were surprised. ''I thought you couldn't use your powers here?'' Zelda asked. ''I thought so too'' Kaitlyn said. ''But I can't let you 2 die! you guys protected me so I'll do the same'' Kaitlyn continued. Link and Zelda smiled and walked to each other. ''For right now, we stick together, I can't risk losing anyone else'' Kaitlyn said. ''Right!'' Zelda and Link agreed. A group of Desaters ran at them with more force than before. 

Kaitlyn, Link and Zelda fought for their lives. Kaitlyn took out 3 while Link took out 4 and Zelda took out 2. ''This will not be... our last moments together!'' Kaitlyn shouted. She yelled high and let the ringing of her voice stroke her throat as she roared like a lion. Link and Zelda were shocked to see how powerful she was. Kaitlyn used her wand and It shapshifted Into a sword. ''I will finish you guys here!'' Kaitlyn yelled. 

Kaitlyn took out the remaining Desaters and the 3 were safe. ''Guys I'm sorry, It's because of me they came here'' Kaitlyn apologized. ''It's ok, after all we're friends right?'' Link asked. Kaitlyn grinned and looked at him with hope. ''Right'' Kaitlyn grinned. ''Ok guys, we have to protect my town!'' Zelda yelled. Zelda and Link readied their positions and Kaitlyn saw a huge blast coming down from the sky. It was headed for the small town of Hyrule. ''That thing Is huge!'' Kaitlyn yelled. ''How are we going to stop It?'' Link asked. 

''I don't know but we'll find a way'' Zelda said. ''I won't let anyone die here, so stay back guys'' Kaitlyn said. ''What?!'' Link asked. ''I think maybe I know what this sign Is'' Kaitlyn grinned. ''I'll save you guys and this town!'' Kaitlyn yelled. Kaitlyn jumped on the building highest to reach the blast and put out her hands to hold it. Link and Zelda were told to stay put. They didn't want to watch her take on that blast herself. ''What are you doing?!!'' Link yelled. ''Yeah, please let us help'' Zelda cried. Kaitlyn smiled at them and they knew the outcome. 

Kaitlyn saw Jet's soul reaching for her. ''I'm coming with you!'' Kaitlyn yelled. The blast was destroyed by Kaitlyn but she was not there when the blast disappeared. ''Kaitlyn!'' Link cried. Link fell on his knees and started to smack the ground. Zelda had her hands hold herself. ''Why would she-'' Zelda said.
