Episode 18 Struggle

Kaitlyn, and Jet were shocked and stunned to see this blast. They saw their lives flash before their eyes. Kaitlyn was starting to freeze up In fear and Jet was trying to think straight. He saw Kaitlyn's face and saw the fear In her and It was hurting him to see her like that. ''Kaitlyn! snap out of It! we're going to make It!'' Jet shouted. Kaitlyn's ears wear blinded by the fear brought onto her by the man being so fearful. Jet tried to run but the wind was too powerful to let go of the building he was holding on to. ''Kaitlyn!'' Jet shouted. 

Kaitlyn's eyes were blurred and she was slowly losing herself. ''Hahahah! stupid Sparagons, you're not worthy enough to even speak to such a powerful being'' The man said. ''I won't let you hurt her or this town!'' Jet yelled. Kaitlyn's body started to become numb and she let go of the building and the wind smacked her into the grasslands. Jet tried to catch her but he missed. ''Kaitlyn!'' Jet screamed. Jet shrieked and caught a glimpse of her facial expression and he saw that she wasn't able to control her body.

Kaitlyn's body was falling to the ground and If she hits it she will not survive the impact. Kaitlyn was nearing the fall when she was caught by a shadow that quickly fled off with her and took her to safety. Jet couldn't see who It was. The man's blast was still expanding and Jet was trying to think of a way to stop It without getting himself killed. ''I will stop you!'' Jet yelled. ''You low leveled embarrassment of a Hardy! you're a disgrace to you're family name!'' The man yelled. ''How do you know my family?!!'' Jet yelled. ''You don't deserve an answer'' The man said. Jet was trying to think of how he could know but he couldn't think of anything. 

''Behold the power of a Danegolan!'' The man yelled. ''Wait Isn't that what the power of my family Is called?'' Jet asked himself. The man threw the blast towards the town and Jet jumped on the highest building and put his hands on the blast to hold It off before It hits anything. ''I...won't let you!'' Jet struggled. Jet was struggling to hold the blast and his arms were starting to lower by the second. He knew there were only so many ways of stopping It but It was one way he knew best. ''I can't travel between space and time right now, but me and Kaitlyn can!'' Jet yelled. Jet reached to grab his watch while holding the blast with hand. 

''Ahhhhhh!'' Jet yelled. Jet used the watch and opened a portal. Jet placed It under him and quickly rolled off the building before the portal spawned. The blast particles shrunk and formed inside the portal and traveled to the middle of no where through space. As soon as Jet landed he located Kaitlyn and looked at the sky where the man was. But when he looked the man was gone. Jet used his watch to teleport to Kaitlyn's location and It was In a ranch where Horses and Cows were. She was laying In bed and Jet woke her up. ''Wake up!'' Jet yelled. ''What?!'' Kaitlyn said. ''We have to go'' Jet said. ''Wait, where's Link and Zelda?'' Kaitlyn asked. 

''It doesn't matter, we have to go!'' Jet yelled. ''No! don't you understand? I was supposed to protect them!'' Kaitlyn yelled. ''I know but you were scared and passed out'' Jet said. Kaitlyn frowned In disappointment. ''I let them down'' Kaitlyn frowned. ''But! I can still make up for them If I go looking for them right now!'' Kaitlyn yelled. ''That blast Is coming back soon because the portal I used Is going to open because It will know that we didn't use It and will try to come and get us!'' Jet said. ''Wait what?'' Kaitlyn asked. ''Once that old portal opens back up, the blast will reemerge itself and destroy everything here'' Jet said. 

Kaitlyn started to get worried. ''Let me see your arm'' Kaitlyn said. Jet showed her his watch and she thought about Link and Zelda and their locations did not pop up. ''What's going on?'' Kaitlyn asked. ''They are no longer In this universe, they must have been thrown threw in a portal'' Jet said. ''Guys, I'm coming!'' Kaitlyn yelled. Jet used his watch to open another portal so that the old portal doesn't open. ''Come on, I know where we have to go'' Jet said. Kaitlyn nodded her head. ''Right!'' Kaitlyn agreed. The portal opened and they jumped threw It and were Inside a space ship. Her and Jet fell on the ground. ''Ouch'' Kaitlyn said. 

''What?!'' A girl yelled. Kaitlyn looked up and saw a pink hedgehog. ''Where did you just come from?!'' A girl asked. ''I came from the portal'' Kaitlyn said. ''Calm down Amy'' A boy said. Kaitlyn and Jet saw a blue hedgehog. ''Guys!'' Cody cheered. Martin also saw Kaitlyn and the 2 helped Jet and Kaitlyn up. They stood next to each other smiling. ''Team Falcon Is together again!'' Cody cheered. ''Ok guys, we have to find the chaos emeralds'' Martin said. ''Wait, we need to find eggman!'' Cody argued. ''No I have to find Link and Zelda!'' Kaitlyn argued. ''Wait what? how did they-?'' Cody asked. ''I don't know but I don't have much time'' Kaitlyn said. 

''Jet, I'm so glad you're ok, you saved us back at Mortagus'' Martin said. Jet put his arms around Kaitlyn's shoulder and she laid on his arm. ''You guys are a-?'' Cody asked. ''Yeah, It's something I thought long and hard about'' Kaitlyn said. ''My job In life Is to protect her, she Is my everything'' Jet said. ''Awhhh'' Cody and Martin cheered. ''Ok guys, cute moment over! Knuckles just left the ship!'' Sonic yelled. Tails was standing next to Sonic. ''I have a plan'' Sonic said. Everyone huddled up and put their minds together. ''Time to get started guys, let's go!'' Sonic ordered.
