It was the 14th February.
Valentine's Day.
All you thought you would do on this day was laying in your bed (yes, you were so lazy) and doing nothing.
Nothing.
And you meant nothing.
You never had a valentine and you never planned to have one either.
Like, who cares about love?
No love meant no pain.
And you followed this strictly.
You never cared about love, and you didn't plan to care.
At least for now.
You were just a teen.
What was important was school and things like that.
Not love.
Love.
Only the word confused you somehow.
Nobody can explain love.
Nobody can explain how it feels like.
Love had so many meanings.
But there was one thing you really liked about the japanese behaviour.
Yeah, you needed to be as polite as you could ever be, but one thing about love, and this is a fact, you really liked. And it was the only thing you liked about the word and its meaning. In Japan there are three ways to say "I love you".
"Daisuki" to friends.
"Aishiteru" in a serious relationship.
And "Koishiteru" to your soulmate. In most languages, or all, you can only say "I love you" to friends, family, lovers, soulmates, etc.
But in japanese it was different.
You really liked this fact.Speaking about love, you didn't even want a close and serious relationship.
At the end it would just tear you apart and makes you sad. And we all know that being sad isn't okay, right? However, when your mother opened the door to your room suddenly and fast, you frightened, but then sighed and rolled your eyes annoyed.
Like, can't you be just alone in your room?
It's Sunday.
It wasn't a school day or something..."(Y/n), can you please come downstairs? Someone awaits you", your mother explained calmly.
"Who?", you asked. Somehow it surprised you. Like, who would visit you on a Sunday without texting you before?
"Just hurry up and get downstairs."
With this words your mom left your room. You took a deep breath, closed the door and dressed yourself a little more... formal. You couldn't just go downstairs in your pyjama when someone's visiting you.
You opened the door, walked into the bathroom and brushed your teeth, got yourself a pony tail of your (h/c), fresh smelling hair and then went downstairs.
"(Y/N)-SAN!", the visitor shouted as you walked down the stairs beautifully.
"M-Momotarou-kun?", you stuttered as you got to stop in front of him.
"W-Why are you here?", you asked then, and looked into his yellow shining eyes. Honestly, you liked his brother more. He had more experience than Momo.
The orange haired boy grabbed your hand and stared straight into your (e/c) orbs, shining by the affection of the light. You felt a little nervous. You weren't comfortable like this. Also, it was unpolitely to stare on someone.
"(Y/N), PLEASE GO ON A DATE WITH ME", he suddenly shouted and your eyes widened, breaking free of his hold of your hands. Disgusting. Love. Love is disgusting.
"N-No!", came out of your mouth.
"C'mon! Please, (y/n)!", he was almost begging and tried to grab your hands again, but you slowly took some steps backwards, the stairs to the upstairs back into your room.
And for that I've put on new clothes...? How useless..!, you thought.
"Momotarou-kun, I appreciate your interest, but I don't want to have a boyfriend!", you explained, hoping he won't be mad at you.
"You don't need to be my girlfriend or love me, but at least please go on a date with me! It's Valentine's Day!", he said, "I'm begging you, please!"
"N-No", you stuttered again and took a step backwards again, but it wasn't high enough to get on the next stair, so you lost your balance and almost fell, but that yellow eyed annoying child was there and catched you, luckily.
"(Y/n)-san, you should watch out more", he said in a romantically and seducing voice. You blushed hard and tried to get out of his arms.
"L-Let me go!", you screamed and broke free, running up in your room and locked the door. From the other side you were hearing the knocks from Momotarou.
"(Y/n), open the door! Please, go on a date with me!"
You just giggled with closed eyes.
How cute...
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!
