Epilogue: After

2 years later

"Oh my gosh, Mystery I can't even believe this is happening! We are actually going to see 5 Seconds Of Summer live, WITH BACKSTAGE PASSES!" Holly shouted.

Mystery smiled clutching her ticket as she jumped up and down with her friend.

Mystery was 17 now and graduated high school. She made a new friend, Holly, after she graduated. Mystery and Holly have hung out for a couple months now and both got 5SOS tickets as a graduating present from their moms.

"Dude, we are going to be 'this' close to Luke freakin Hemmings!!" Mystery squealed.

Holly laughed at Mystery's excitement.

"Omg I know! It's like Calum will be right next to me!! Maybe I can touch him?!" Holly asked out loud.

Mystery rolled her eyes and turned back and looked at the clock.

6:17

"Okay, we have an hour and a half until the concert. We have out cute 5SOS tee's and jean shorts. Now all we need is our hair and converse." Mystery said planning everything out.

Holly nodded in acknowledgement and ran to the bathroom with Mystery to get their hair prepped and ready for the concert.

"That's what I like about, YOOOOOUUUUUU." Calum shouted as 5 Seconds of Summer finished their What I Like About You song.

Holly and Mystery were jumping up in down in there second row seats.

"Holy crap Mystery. Do you not even see how freakin close we are to them? This is insane!!" Holly shouted over the crowd as she jumped up and down to the ending song.

Mystery smiled at her. "Surreal."

Mystery had been happy. She lived her life through high school as a single and independent woman. She's had a nice life and everything had been good for her.

Mystery looked around her and saw all of the screaming and even crying fans around her. She smiled at the sight. Mystery felt good about how she has made it this far. She's been focused on one guy her whole life and that wasn't going to change. Holly had tried to convinced to move on but Mystery never listened.

"Mystery, you must move on!" Mystery remembered Holly saying in her head, "Hayes is long gone probably with some other girl now. He meets thousands of them a day? What makes you think he's waiting for you?"

Mystery looked down as she thought about what Holly had said. She tried and tried her hardest not to give up hope but it was hard. Mystery hadn't seen Hayes in 2 years. Would she have seen him by now already?

"Focus on the concert. Maybe it will change your mind to find someone new. You deserve to be happy. Maybe even Luke would like you from up on stage?!" Holly's voice echoed through her head.

Mystery laughed at that thought and looked up at the stage.

Luke was standing right in front of her strumming his guitar singing, "They say we're losers and we're alright with that. We are the leaders and we're not coming back but we're alright though."

Luke looked down on her and winked.

Mystery's eyes bulged out of her head with excitement.

"D-Did L-L-Luke Hemmings...just wink at me?" Mystery stuttered loudly.

Holly was screaming at Mystery full of joy. She pulled on Mystery to be excited but she was in shock.

Mystery began to smile and jump with her.

"We are the kings and the queens of the new broken scene and we're alright though." 5 Seconds of Summer sang as Mystery and Holly belted the words along with them. It was the first time Mystery could let loose and feel good about it. She didn't have a care in the world and nothing was going to stop her.

It was finally the time to head backstage. The line was long but Mystery and Holly's excitement to meet their celebrity crushes were too overpowering.

"Omg omg OMG OMG!! Luke Hemmings and CALUM HOOD are back there right now!! Can you believe it!?" Holly said to Mystery jumping up and down. Her short brown hair was going everywhere from jumping and messing with it as she jumped along to the music.

Mystery smiled and shook her head. She was exhausted but focused on the fact that in just a couple yards Luke Hemmings was going to give her a hug.

Mystery crossed her arms and looked around her. She saw girls biting their nails out of nerves or squealing out of joy. Mystery smiled at them being happy for those girls meeting them as well.

Mystery looked around at the big hallway. It was large for all the screaming fan girls. Mystery scanned the faces and then found someone in particular.

It was a boy. His face was to the side but she felt like she knew him. The boy turned her head in her direction and they both made dead eye contact.

They both states each other in the eyes as Holly was tugging on Mystery to move up in line.

"Hayes..." Mystery breathed out.

Sure enough the boy was a grown up 17 year old Hayes. He looked at Mystery and couldn't say a word.

All Mystery could do was run up to him and hug him. So they ran at each other and met in the middle giving each other the biggest hug.

"Mystery...Oh my god." Hayes said nervously.

Mystery almost started crying.

"It's you. It's really you! After all these years it's really you. I kept my promise after everyone told me not to." Mystery cried out happily.

They pulled back and grabbed each other's faces and put their foreheads together and smiled.

"I would never. I kept my hope that I would see you again one day. Never ever did I break it." Hayes said breathing heavy.

Hayes and Mystery shared a long kiss as Holly stood back in shock.

She never believed Mystery's nonsense of them finding each other again. It was too much like a fairytale. Holly saw the pictures but not the actual thing.

But that's exactly what this was:
A miracle.....a fairytale.

Mystery and Hayes saw each other again over a miracle. It was exactly what Holly thought: a fairytale.
