Chapter 10

"Kitten, I need you to be a good girl and stay here. I'm going to go train with the warriors" Jaxon said as he planted a kiss on my forehead. He put me on his bed and went into a closet I think. A few seconds went by and he came out in just black basketball shorts and flip flops.

I averted my gaze to the floor so I didn't have to see his perfect sculptured body and not to show disrespect. "Oh little mate, you can look at me all you want. I am yours and you are mine" he said as he lifted my chin up his index finger.

I felt my cheeks warm up as I looked into his memorizing eyes. He kissed me on the nose then the lips. His lips lingered on mine for a bit. When he pulled back my lips were left with a titling sensation.

"Be a good little mate and stay here. Don't run alright. I'll be back in a couple of hours" he said as he left the room.

I lied down on the bed and tried to go to sleep but I couldn't.

*and hour later*

After trying to fall asleep that I failed miserably at k got up and walked to the door and opened it. Feeling curious I walked around. The wood was a light color that was polished, the walls were white with pictures hanging everywhere. The pictures were of people and wolves, mostly wolves. Every 20 steps there was a door, probably to someone's room or something.

Taking a couple of turns I ended up I front of two big dark brown doors. On one door was a sign the said 'library'.

I grinned ear to ear. Kole would always bring me two books when he came to see me.

*flash back*

"Oh Bella, I'm back" Kole said evilly.

He walked up to my cell holding a brown bag. I eyed it with curiosity. "And I've brought you something" he said as a ugly smirk covered his cold lips.

"What did you bring" I said a little to excited. Kole just chuckled sickly.

"Excited are we" he said smirking " I brought you two books".

"But, sir I can't read".

"I'll teach you"

"Okay. Thank you sir"

"Bella listen and listen closely, you need to be a good girl to get books. That means listening and doing what your told. If you do I'll bring two books every time I come here. But you have to be a good girl" he said darkly.

"Okay sir"

*flash back ended*

I pushed one of the doors open quietly and walked I . My jaw dropped when I saw hundreds of shelves filled of books. I fast walked to a shelf that was labeled 'Romance'.

I love romantic books. I walked slowly as my eyes scanned the sea of books till my eyes caught the book fallen by Lauren Kate (a real book should read). I grab it off the shelf and look afford a comfy spot to read. In the corner there is a beanbag chair. I hopped on it and got comfy.

Along the story I started to get sleepy and soon enough sleep over comes me.

*Jaxon's pov*

When I was done training the warriors I ran back to the pack house which was a castle. I raced up the stairs and into my room to see my mate was no where to be seen.
I growled as my wolf  yelled at me 'find mate now'.

I am I yelled back at him.

I walk out of my room and down the hall following her sweet intoxinated scent fuming mad.

"Alpha, is everything alright" my beta John asks.

"No" I roared making him flinch away in fear. I loved that people feared me. I smiled at how scared he looked.

"Now leave to your duties" I said coldly.

I watched as he scurried off scared shitless. Other packs say I'm no King, but like it or not I am the king. My fate was unexpected, I was a beast and the King.
