Percy was ready to die. They had almost escaped when Archane found them. After what Annabeth did to the spider, she was going to torture Annabeth to death. But he she would need to kill him if she wanted to touch her.

Percy took his weapon, ready to fight.

"I warned you, get ready to meet Hades!"

Archane leaped, but not to Annabeth, to Percy he was ready to stab her when something flew over his head and hit the arachnid in the head. She shouted in pain, Percy turned and saw Annabeth with a wild look in her eyes. She threw her dagger with deadly accuracy.

"We will meet again, daughter of Athena" and she dissolved in monster dust.

"Lets go, seaweed brain"

They wandered for hours, without seeing a monster.

"I had a dream last light" Percy said, "about Grover, he said he was going to Greece, with the crew, so we can communicate with the empathy link."

"At least we can comunicate."

"Let's rest, I'll take the first turn to guard." Percy said.

Percy had much time to think. He kept throwing curses to the fates, why did he ended in Tartarus? Why did it happened to him? He hated being a demigod.

He had no nightmares, which was wired, since he was in Tartarus.

They walked for hours, not knowing where to go. They found a canyon much bigger than the grand canyon. To continue, they had to get across, there was a small problem, it was full of monsters.

They saw a brown pegasus trying to get out of a pack of hellhounds. He tried to call the pegasus, but it couldn't get rid of a hellhound. Percy took out Riptide and threw it. It didn't kill it, but it distracted it enough time for the pegasus to flee.

"Thank you, my lord" the pegasus spoke in Percy's head, "if there is a way to return the favor, just tell me."

"Could you take us across the canyon?"

"Sure, my lord"

Percy and Annabeth jumped in the pegasus back.

It was a long flight.

"Do you have a name?"

"I'm Thorn, my lord"

"Do you want to come with us? I think you prefer being in the mortal world than being in Tartarus"

"I have to stay there to fully reform." He showed Percy his feet and it was half destroyed.

"Do you know how to go to the Doors of Death?" Percy asked

"No but seek for a hellhound called Dynamo, if you survive, go in the portal, I don't know what is after that."

When they got to the other side, Percy woke up Annabeth. They said thanks to Thorn and the brown stallion jumped into the canyon.

"We need to find a hellhound called Dynamo, it shouldn't be hard, what hellhound has a name?"

"Let's find him and get out of here, seaweed brain."
