Sometimes,he hated to sleep, because his dreams aren't only dreams, they are visions of what happened or what will happen.
Like always, Nico had nightmares, he was standing in a black room that recognized inmideatly, Tartarus. Suddenly, a girl in camouflage clothes appeared in front of him, "Bianca?" "Yes Nico" Bianca answered.
"I thought you reincarnated" Nico told Bianca
"Yes, but a part of the soul comes here, to the reincarnation level."
"I am here to warn you Nico, and inform you, Tartarus is divided in four levels, the monster level where normal monsters go when they are killed, the immortal level where gods, titans, giants and unique monsters like the Minotaur or the Nemian Lion, the reincarnation level and the Doors of Death."
"But why do you tell me this? You should tell this Percy or Annabeth, they are in Tartarus."
"I tell you this for you to know the in the great danger your friends are, the ship is now flying, when you wake up, tell them to return to the water, the air is dangerous, and do not trust-"
Nico's dream changed, he was back in half-blood hill, and the sleepy face of Gaea appeared in front of him, "What do you want Gaea" Nico demanded
"I just want you to show how your friends Annabeth and Percy are doing." Gaea answered
"Leave them alone!!!!"
Suddenly, he was back in Tartarus, falling next to Percy and Annabeth, the floor was looming quickly, "We'll get out of this together, seaweed brain" Annabeth said. And they hit the floor. Percy passed out and Annabet's ankle broke, again she wanted to pass out too, but a familiar voice interrupted the silence "sacrifices, sacrifices for Gaea!"
Nico returned to half-blood hill with Gaea. "Why did you show me that!?" Nico shouted,
"To brake your spirit little hero!"
"Go away! Leave us alone!"
"I will go away, but I'll make your journey more, interesting"
He found himself in front of the Athena Parthenon, in the Argo II with Gaea next to it.
Nico woke up drenched in sweat, and he knew what would happen. He ran to the statue but it was too late, the giant statue of Athena was already falling.
