Carolina forced a smile as Emily picked up Ryan and left. "Are you three staying for long?"

"Actually!" Matt reached behind him and pulled out a pillow. "We plan to sleep here."

"Not allowed!" She shouted

"Calm down," mike set his hand on her shoulder. "No need to freak."

"This hospital is for patients only!"

"Actually it says visitors are-" Matt was cut of by Carolina's scream

"No! No! No!" She stormed out of the room.

"Thanks." Josh sighed. "Luckily she didn't notice me naked. Help me dress?"

"I will." Matt pushed josh into the bathroom.

"Not sure which is worse Jatt in the bathroom or the temperamental nurse." Ian laughed.

Carolina waited outside the room listening to their conversation.

"Let's go with the nurse" mike laughed as well "reminds you of a witch a bit doesn't she?"

"More like the evil queen in a fairy tale."

They both laughed.

"What's that?" Ian's laugh faded as he pointed to a track mark on Eleanor's arm.

"Swelling." Mike examined it. "Her body's attempting to reject whatever it was."

"Did she or?"

"Looks fresh"

Slowly Carolina crept in. As silently as she could she grabbed two shots off of her tray.

"Your elbow doesn't belong there!" Josh shouted from the bathroom causing Carolina to freeze in her tracks. Lucky for her neither of the two in the room turned to look. She continued to sneak behind them until she was close enough to touch. Gently she rolled up the pants on their legs and shoved the needle into one ankle each.

"Fuck!"

"What's that?"

They turned around as she pushed down. Their eyes became foggy as they sunk into their chairs.

She removed the shots and left the room with a huge smile on her face.

Now all that was left with Matt, an Carolina knew the perfect way to get him out of that room and under her coma. Quickly she ran down to the bathroom.

Josh and Matt laughed as they pushed each other out of the bathroom resulting in Matt laying on top of Josh. Matt giggled as he got off and helped josh up. "We'll that was eventful huh guys?" He laughed.

"Looks like they fell asleep." Josh sighed and sat in the last chair beside Eleanor. "My perfect porcelain princess." He ran his hand down her face and began to cry.

Matt stood against the wall awkwardly trying not to get involved. With Mike and Ian sleeping he was left alone to keep that nurse from Josh. He began pacing the room. He watched as Josh cried over Eleanor and began telling her a fairytale.

"Can anybody help me find room 2112?" A blonde girl peeked her head through the door. "I'm so sorry to bother you." She backed away as she saw josh crying.

Matt ran into the hall after the girl. "I'll show you where 2112 is." He smiled and examined the girl. A blonde girl in heels, skinny jeans, and a Rolling Stones tank top. Matt's smile grew. "Follow me" he grabbed her hand and led her to the elevator
