Chapter 9

I woke the next morning to note on my dresser from my mother. Finally she had learned!

"Left you a credit card on the cabinet in the kitchen, get out of the house.. Go shopping and get a new phone. Love mom."

I crushed the note and threw it in the paper bin next to my computer desk. I stood there and just looked around the room.

I slowly walked to the bathroom while running my hands through my hair..

I slammed the door behind me and stared into mirror on my pale face.

"Ugh! Another boring day." I mumbled zipping down my barbie onezie pajamas.

When the showering part was finished i hopped out grabbing my robe. I dried my face applying a little mascara and some eye liner and a pink lipstick. I wasn't much of a make up girl.

I came out of the bathroom and hurriedly got dress in some black high wasted pants with some cuts down and a bright baby blue belly skin top and the same colour wedges with my small baby blue shoulder bag.. Just a tiny one.

As i was about to go out my bedroom door i stopped remembered what Justin said about staying low.

"Shit!" I mumble again

But i needed a new phone and some clothes. So i went anyways shutting the door behind me.

I ran down the steps humming to "Love yourself" by Justin Bieber himself.. I stopped realizing what i was singing, rolled my eyes and stopped humming completely.

As i pushed the door open a girl stood there ..

"Oo hi, i just wanted to come over to meet you... I'm just right over there" she pointed

"Oh i didn't realize any kids live there" I added while closing the front door behind me.

"Well I'm the only one.." She smiled "where you heading?"

"Ahh to do some little shopping..." I smirked.

"Could i maybe tag along?" Her eyes shoot up.

"Sure, Its not kool for a girl to go shopping by herself anyways"

We both laughed running down the drive way and through the gate.. She seemed super nice and at last i had someone to talk to.

"I didn't get your name btw" I turned to her as we walked down the street.

"Oh shit sorry its Leah, Leah Donalds" she said holding her hands out.

"Aaliyah" I smiled shaking her hands. "so Leah, know any good stores"

"Tonnes!" She smiled back grabbing my hands.

We went to malls and did typical cliché girl shopping like in the movies. I got to know her a little better and i was happy i finally made a friend. She brought to where they sold phones and i purchased the IPhone 6s..

The finally stop to our shopping was somewhere to eat. Finally! I was starving. We went to McDonald's for i have been craving a burger in like forever.

We sat there eating when i heard cameras flashing behind me as lights flashed also.

A few men and even women started swarming me taking pictures and videoing me still asking about Justin Bieber.

"Aaa whats happening?" Leah asked in confusion.

"Lets go!" I said to her grabbing everything and leaving my money on the table for the food.

We ran away until they weren't insight.
"Fuck!" I mumbled as we stopped.

"What was that all about, I heard them asking about Justin Bieber.. Who's that?"

"Are you serious?" I looked around at her raising my brows.

She laughed. "I'm joking, who doesn't know Justin Bieber... But why are they asking you about him?"

"Long story, lets go... Its getting late" I grabbed her hands crossed the road to head home.

When we got home, noone was there. I invited her in and we went to my room.

"Thanks for today" she smiled to me.

"Noo thank YOU for today" I smiled to her.

"I'm gonna go now!"

"No no, stay awhile... If your parents won't mind" I insisted.

"Trust me, they won't" she smiled sitting on the bed.
