A/N: This is the unedited version; I couldn't find the edited version. It will probably be up eventually.
I never thought it’d have to come to this
One last chance, it’s either hit or miss
But you went and sunk my battleship
I’m lost at sea, and you’re the one who sunk me
I’m drowning in what was never shared
Of what could have been, but you never cared
You never thought of me in that way
The waves are crashing over my head
Just like the words that were never said
I was there, I helped you, no matter how much it killed me
The way we spoke, you made it all so easy
While he was out partying at night, I held you while you cried
And it was in those moments I realized you could never be mine
And while I’m here, staying afloat,
I notice only one thing- where you sank my boat
It was probably the most cruel thing you could do
But somehow I landed in the ocean of you
