Dean grabbed Cas's arm. Cas was going to go and sit next to Meg; but when he felt Dean's grip, he stayed where he was and Gabe had to go and sit next to her because there weren't any more seats left.

Dean and Cas sat next to each other, facing Meg and Gabe. Next to Dean sat Benny and Crowley, and Ruby and Lilith sat in front of them. They had all just shook hands.

They were in Dean and Cas's diner. They were there to discuss the opening act thing.

"So," Meg said and smiled. "We're... well... we don't have an actual name yet-" "Demon Girls," Gabe said jokingly and smirked. All three girls glared at him, so he stopped smirking.

"But we would like to be the opening act for KOP," Ruby said. "What kind of music do you do?" Crowley asked and all three of the girls looked confused for a second as to why he had an accent. "Rock," Ruby responded.

"What do you mean 'Rock'? What kind of rock?" Dean asked her. "Rock," Ruby repeated, looking at Dean like he had just asked the stupidest question in the world. Dean glared at her.

"I mean, slow songs or fast songs?" Dean asked. "Does it matter?" Meg asked and Dean rolled his eyes.

"You have to be sort of relevant to a band if you're going to be the opening act for them," Crowley explained and Dean threw a cocky look at Meg. Meg looked at him really annoyed.

Lilith took out her phone and her earphones; then she handed them over to Crowley. "Listen to our first EP," she said.

Dean and Cas shared a look.

Crowley listened to a few songs and looked impressed. "Listen," he said and gave Dean the earphones. Dean shared the earphones with Benny.

After Cas and Gabe listened to it too, the four boys looked at each other. "I liked the last song," Cas said. "I knew you would," Meg said and grinned playfully. Cas smiled back at her.

"Me too," Dean blurted out and Cas looked at him, the smile still present on his lips. "I mean – it's totally your taste," Dean said. Cas wanted to lean in and kiss him for being so adorable, but he didn't.

"That was the type of music he listened to back in high school," Meg suddenly added, a smirk forming on her lips. "Yeah? He still likes it so I guess it doesn't matter," Dean said and leaned towards Cas a little. "He used to be a lot different back then though," Meg said, glancing at Cas. "People do change," Dean said, then smiled at Cas. "Don't they?"

Cas looked at Dean, his smile fading. Then he turned to Meg. They were both staring at Cas, waiting for him to pick a side; so he looked at Gabe for rescue.

"Anywho," Gabe said and clapped. Everyone turned to him. "I really like this stuff, except for the last song, it was a little too slow for me," he said. "But Cas seems to like it-" "Cas?" Meg asked. "Yeah, Cas," Dean interfered. "His name is Castiel," Meg stated. "We know that," Dean said and looked at her like I-dare-you-to-say-anything-else.

Cas turned to Gabe again but he was trying not to burst out laughing so he turned to Benny this time.

"I like it too. I say we let them play," Benny said. "What do you say Dean?" he asked. "I liked all the songs the same," Dean replied, not taking his eyes off of Meg. "And they're not very different from our genre," he added. Meg raised an eyebrow and nodded.

"So they play?" Cas spoke and both Dean and Meg turned to him. "Yes, as crazy as it sounds I am still here," Cas said and Meg looked at her lap. "I know that, obviously," Dean mumbled to himself.

"I think they can play," Benny said. Crowley smiled. "It's settled then. Here's my card," he took out a card from his jacket's pocket, "Call me when you have a name and we will discuss which gigs you'll be opening for," he finished. "I have to leave, enjoy yourselves," he said and left. Some of the band murmured "Bye."
