The back wall of the bus had completely shattered.

"Shit," Bobby said and got up. "I-" he walked towards the lounge and sat down next to Cas. Everyone was looking at him worriedly. "What just happened?" Kevin asked, his voice wavering. "Is anybody hurt?" Bobby asked and everyone shook their heads. "We're fine," Benny said.

"Bobby, why did you stop?" Gabe asked calmly. "I saw a deer- or something- and I stopped- then I tried to go backwards- but the bus must've slipped or somethin'- I don't know," Bobby said.

There was a short silence.

"Grab your stuff, let's go," Bobby said, his hands shaking and got up. "Go where?" Sam asked. "I dunno, to call someone. There's no point staying here," he said.

After everyone got their suitcases and bags, they got out of the bus to look at the damage.

The bus had hit a huge tree and the back (the tiny bathroom wall) had fallen off and broken into millions of little pieces, so Bobby went to check the engine to see it broken. "Well fuck," he said and turned back to the boys. "The bus must've been broken already, why else would the back just fall off like that?" he asked. "Shouldn't we call someone?" Dean asked and Bobby nodded. "On it."

It was chilly outside, but no one went back in the bus, so Cas didn't either. He had this paranoid idea that the bus could blow up. Besides, there was no wall, it wasn't going to be any warmer in there.

"My dad's a mechanic, let me see," Dean said to no one in particular and walked up to the engine. "Yep, it's toast," he said to the rest of the band and Sam looking at him.

Bobby got off the phone. "The man said he'll be here in six to seven hours to pick us up," he said. Then he rolled his eyes. "I'm sorry," he muttered.

"It's not your fault Bobby," Sam said and Bobby shook his head. "I didn't have to go reverse. I just panicked, I didn't know what to do," he said. "It's alright, it could've happened to any one of us. Don't blame yourself," Gabe said.

Then he opened his dark red suitcase and took out a sweatshirt. "I knew this would come in handy," he said and wore it. And everyone else took out their sweaters too.

Dean stared at his suitcase. "I don't have a sweater," he said. "I know," Cas said and took out the second sweater he had brought. He threw it at Dean and Dean chuckled lightly before wearing it over another one of Cas's shirts. "Thanks," he mumbled. Cas just scoffed.

The sun was setting already, and that meant it was only gonna get colder. "It won't be too cold, right?" Dean asked but no one replied.

"Let's go and find somewhere to light a fire safely," Bobby said and started walking. "Light a fire? Are we camping? Why don't we just stay in the bus, where there are beds?" Dean asked. "The inside of the bus is just as cold as the outside, idjit," Bobby said back crankily.

"Aren't we in California? Why is it so cold?" Gabe asked. "Yeah but we're on a mountain top," Sam responded. "I'm scared Sam, hold me," Gabe said and hugged Sam, causing Dean to turn and glare.

"Let's not go too far though," Benny said. "Oh, good idea. I wasn't thinkin' of that," Bobby said sarcastically and Benny raised his hands like surrendering. "The guy's cranky, leave him alone," Dean said.

"Are you alright?" Cas asked Kevin as the group entered the woods. "Yeah, just, cursing at my luck," Kevin said and Cas chuckled. "I know how you feel," he said.

The guys have found a cave-ish huge rock to sit under. Someone else had probably stayed here before, presumably experienced campers, because there were rocks around like chairs to sit on and an old fire spot.
