It's okay because no one will actually read this, but it's good for me, personally, to write. I mean it's good for anyone to write. Writing is amazing.

I made a playlist on spotify for this fanfic but it's literally made of every single halsey song so it's not worth checking out. You can listen to it by listening to Halsey anyway. But if you want to follow me on spotify for some reason, my username is penguin11overlord.

I have no idea how I came up with the name Courtney for the fake town all these guys are in. I mean I really don't know how America works. And notice how there is no mention of a name for the diner? I'm so uncreative smh.

I shouldn't have made all the characters people from supernatural. that's the cringiest part about this book imo. anyway. what's done is done.

I should make a list of references I made in this book:

during part 8, meg says "you look so tired-unhappy" and that's a lyric from No Surprises by Radiohead.

part 12 with the wendigo thing is VERY OBVIOUSLY a reference to supernatural. (and until dawn? maybe?) ((that's a video game))

the title of part 11 is a reference to the song Stop Whispering by Radiohead (the title is "stop shouting") but I only realized that after I finished the fic and was editing it. so it wasn't intentional.

I think those are all the references.

Now, some more notes. I realize I didn't really write Meg's character correctly, but I don't think I need to. She's not the same person she is on supernatural. I mean she's not a freaking demon in the book.

I've noticed myself that the writing actually improves as you make progress - I mean the last chapter is much better than the first imo. the first chapter is a bit messy. but I don't know how I would fix it without rewriting.

(ALSO: if you're wondering what kind of music KOP makes for some reason, I imagined it pretty close to The Pretty Reckless. Except with male vocals of course. Maybe a mix of TPR and Three Days Grace? And maybe some Avenged Sevenfold too?)
