Hey guys so I'm writing this chapter in 3rd Person Omniscent. So things could get confusing.

It was mostly quiet. Everyone sat together in the front room. Most just sat on the floor.

Raquel and Grace just held each other. They didn't say anything. Just cried.

Grace didn't believe it. This is all just a bad dream. I'll wake up and go to breakfast, where I'll sit next to Louise and Raquel. Raquel will say something positive, and Louise will reply in a sarcastic but still loving way. But she knew in her heart that this was real. Louise was gone. She knew this because she knew if Raquel was crying, something definitely had to be wrong.

Michelle sat with her swollen ankle propped up on a pillow. She had been walking down the stairs when the alarm went off. Startling her, she jumped and twisted her ankle on the last step. Absolutely helpless, she thought for sure she would be killed by the rebels within a couple of minutes. But then by some miracle, Louise heard her cries and put herself in danger to save Michelle. A sob escaped her mouth.

"She saved my life." Michelle said quietly.

Taigen stood with his arms folded across his chest, leaning against the wall. She just had to do it. He thought. She sacrificed herself as if to prove a point. That she would never let it happen again. And I let her. I could've fought harder to stop her.

End of book one!! How was it? I will definitely be writing a sequel to this one. I'll let you guys know when I start! Thanks for reading!
