~Laura~

My day didn't go to well with Ash. Well actually, a week had passed since that day. Me and Ash,we had spoken... A lot. Only through texts, but it was nice. I liked messaging him, he was very sweet on the other end of that phone, sweeter than he was in person.

I hadn't heard from him as much today, but I was going on a shopping trip with Georgia. Yeah... She was dragging me along. I didn't really have a say, she had put me on the spot and I could hardly object. She wants me to help pick her out a dress as Ethan is taking her out to a posh restaurant tonight... Things really do seem to be working with them two.

Luke. I see him around, we occasionally have conversations with each other. Sometimes text each other, but that was about it really. I hardly ever had a reason to text him, or to see him outside of school. I call him a friend, but really he's more of an acquaintance.

Currently, I was in the car waiting on Georgia. We were doing this shopping trip now... It was almost evening, she needed to get a move on if she wants to make it to her meal on-time. Yes I was waiting on her once again, I usually do wait on her.

Ash had stopped texting me back. We hadn't spoken since this morning... He didn't usually take this long to reply, saying that he's probably just resting. The amount of medication he has to take, it wares him out... He's more than likely asleep and it's probably nothing personal to me... Or at least I hope its not. I don't really see how it can be though.

Georgia came rushing out of the front door and towards the car... Finally! I've been waiting long enough. I feel quite sick, like I'm going to puke. I've been like this a lot lately... I don't know what's wrong with me. I felt so tired and sleepy too, I guess I just need a good night sleep, something I hadn't had in a long while.

"Sorry about the delay, uh I had to sort something! But I'm here now, and we can go shopping. I can only shop for about two hours though as I have plans!" Georgia exclaimed. Oh so her plans with her boyfriend that shes only with because of me are more important than me her best friend who has been here for her through everything?

I didn't say that of course, no way. That would of been so rude of me, too rude.

It didn't take long for her to begin driving and she drove pretty fast. It kinda made up for the lost/wasted time which was good. We were at the mall within five minutes.

God I hadn't been here for ages... I hardly ever come here anyway, I'm way too broke to afford any of this.  My parents are so poor, maybe not as much now they've gotten rid of the Carter debt. If they have any sense which they don't they would start some savings up for if they find themselves in a bad situation again. My dad has probably spent most, if not all of the money on gambling. My mum does nothing. Yes, I'm glad Georgia took me in, life there... It was dreadful, my parents always ganged up against me and it was always my fault.

"Hey Laura in here... They do really nice dresses in here!" Georgia exclaimed. Really? Ok i wasn't a big fan of shopping. I would throw on whatever I could find, chuck it on. So long as I had a comfy jumper/hoodie and some comfortable trousers that aren't baggy its fine.

I looked up at the shop sign... Topshop. Apparently it was a very nice shop that did good clothing. But personally I had never gone in there, I don't go into shops if I don't have the intentions of buying something otherwise I'd look silly. Besides all my clothing was from cheaper shops, affordable shops. Saying that my clothes weren't too bad, just maybe not as durable.

"Yeah sure." I finally responded to what Georgia had previously said. I then stepped into this shop. There were loads of clothes, they were nice... There were so many things I wanted that I couldn't have.
