Chapter 15:Prep for class

Urse's POV
After we finished our meals we decided to head back to our dorms to rest up for our big day tomorrow.

"Hey Urse do you think we can steal Triton's trident?" Queenie asked me as we laid in our beds.

"What kind of question is that? Obviously we will be able to steal his trident. Lets not worry about that too much now, we have to get through our," I gagged. "First day of going to," I gagged again. "Auradon Prep. And I have to try out for this sport called Tourney."

"Okay I guess you're right.." She said hesitatingly. "Of course I am." I replied.

"And you're going to try out for Tourney?!" Queenie squealed. "I've heard all about it from Ben, Carlos, and Jay, they're all on the team you know." She stated.

"What?! Now I have to make the team, there is no way I will embarrass myself in front of them or anyone else for that matter." I said with anger hinting in my voice.

"You'll do just fine, those wimps won't stand a chance." We laughed at her statement. "Do you think my father knows about me or even wants me?" Queenie asked.

"Queenie why are you asking me? How the hell am I supposed to know what your father thinks? I've never met the man, we've been on the isle of the lost for all of our lives. Like hello? Have you already forgotten from being on Auradon for less than a day??" I snapped at her.

I'm secretly jealous of Queenie, at least she knows who her dad is..

I heard sniffling. "Are you crying?" I laughed to try and make things less awkward. She ignored my question and her sniffling became more prominent. "Look, I'm sure your dad cares about you deeply." I had to restrain from sounding sarcastic.

She stopped sniffling. "Really? You mean it?" She asked like a child.

"Yes. Now go to bed."

🍎The following morning🍎

I stirred in my bed as I felt the bright sun on my eyelids. My eyes fluttered open, I stretched out my body, and deeply yawned. I threw off my covers and I rolled off the bed and shuffled my way into the bathroom. I used the toilet and stripped my clothes and adjusted the shower to the perfect temperature, I put on a shower cap and got in to the shower for 15 minutes. I turned the shower water off and I grabbed a large towel to wrap around myself. I brushed my teeth and I walked out of the bathroom to see a grinning Queenie, I looked at her suspiciously.

"Queenie what are you smiling so damn hard for?" I questioned as I sat on my bed.

"Well I thought about what you said last night," She paused. "Get to the point already." I rolled my eyes. "And I think my dad will like me." I rolled my eyes once again except more playfully.

"I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I didn't mean to snap at you last night I was just in a bad mood, a bit jealous if you will." I began to lotion my body avoiding eye contact with the red-head.

She face-palmed herself. "I completely forgot that you didn't know anything about your dad now I feel as silly as a goose chasing a moose." She giggled at her wonderlandian speech. "Urse it's time for your outfit change!!" She squealed, I slightly smiled.

"Just don't tell the boys I said something nice or admitted to being jealous, I definitely wouldn't hear the end of it, but I only did it because of your feelings." Queenie bum rushed me with a hug.

"Urse you do care!"  I shrugged my shoulders trying to get her to release me from her iron grip.

"Queenie." I said sternly.

"Right, sorry," She giggled. "Okay time for your outfit, Magic scepter transform into an enchanted fashion doorway!" The scepter transformed and I walked through it and was astonished at my transformation. "Wow you have outdone yourself Queenie." She blushed at my compliment.*{Urse's outfit does not include the leather jacket. Her top has medium length sleeves and her boots are black instead of blue, and she is wearing her crown and seashell necklace and is wearing enchanted starfish earrings that whisper compliments in her ear whenever she needs them. She is also wearing a blue moonstone ring with a band thats a mermaid tail.}

"Okay my turn!" She squealed and proceded to step through the doorway. She twirled in her new outfit and posed in front of the mirror*{Her outfit is a short sleeved black sweater, a short red dress with black floral print, black leggings, black combat boots, her crown and necklace, and her magic scepter was now a beautiful ring}*. "Now do we look hot or what?!" I laughed at her statement.

"Of course we do!" I replied. "Now that we look badass lets head to class, wait Doug never gave us our schedules." I groaned.

Queenie giggled. "He gave it to me silly, and we both have potions class!" She grabbed me by my arm and lead me out of our dorm.

"This is gonna be a long day."
