6 mouths later...what is going on here?

Percy's POV
I packed my bag for my first day back from winter break. I really don't like how now that I'm mortal and can read properly that I now have to go to school. It's good though, I can actually learn in class. According to my home group teacher, Miss Zacks, there's a new students I have to look after, the students said they knew my parents, that's the scary thing. It could be a monster or...my old friends. It would be nice to see my old friends again but I don't think I can cope. If one of them was Nico, hell yeah that would be great. I sighed, shaking off my thoughts and walked down the stairs. "Hey Aunt Sally!" I exclaimed. She knows about me being hidden away from the Greek world so she thought it would be better if I was her nephew on her side otherwise people would find out if I was her son and that would really work out. I'm okay with that as well as her so it's all good. "Hey Peter" my mum replied. I grabbed a yogurt from the fridge. "You need to eat more young man" she said with her back to me. I opened my yogurt, put some on my mouth and kissed her cheek. She squealed with surprise, nearly knocking me out while turning to me. "How dare you Peter Parker, I'll strangle you!" My mum yelled. I laughed and gave her my 'cheesy Peter grin'. "I don't need to eat" I whined, grabbing my lunch from the dining room table. "Bye Sally!" I yelled as I walked out the door. I closed the door but heard a mumble "He's going to be the death of me now that he's here more often"

I grabbed my skate board from under me and looked at the main entrance of my school. I sighed, last semester before leaving this hell hole. I walked in to see students everywhere, having reunions with their friends. I sighed sadly, my life here is completely different from my demigod life, I had friends, here I get bullied. I put on my 'father's' glasses (Athena and I thought it was best to think it was my mortal father's) and went straight to main office. People pushed me around but I don't care, as long as I get there.
I walk through the see through doors to see a familiar blob of black hair. "Nico?" I asked as I saw him. The boy turned to reveal Deathbreath himself. "Peter! It's nice to see you again!" Nico exclaimed, bro-hugging me. I returned it and smiling. "It's nice to see you too bro. How long has it been? A year?" I said as I let go of him. He looks so much taller than when I last saw him and his hair is longer. "Who is this Nico?" A voice I knew to well. I looked behind to see Annabeth, Piper and Jason. "Who is it?" Annabeth repeated, looking at me with a cold stare. "My name is Peter Parker, and you are?" I asked. Nico moved next to me as Annabeth replied "Annabeth Chase, Piper is the girl there and Jason's over there" I nodded, shaking Jason's and Piper's hands. I turn to shake Annabeth's but she looked at me coldly. "Don't even think about it" she coldly said. I put my hands in a surrender way and asked "What's your problem with me?" Nico grabbed my shoulder and squeezed it. "My problem?!? I sworn off boys, I can't touch them" Annabeth fumed. "But Thalia touch and hug boys close to her so why can't you" I said. Oh shit, now they know I know about the gods. "What did you say?" Piper demanded. I shrugged, not knowing what to say, lucky Nico saved me. "He and Thalia met once when we were hanging out. Let's just say Peter here tried to...hug her and got electrocuted" I laughed, great story to make me look like a demigod. "Great memories" I muttered "I couldn't sit down for a mouth" Nico fake laughed "You have to admit, it was funny" he laughed. I smiled, "I guess it was a bit" I replied. Annabeth pushed Nico away from me and put out her knife. I was surprised with two things one, I'm now good at acting and two, HOW CAN I SEE THOUGH MIST!?!? "Why are you holding a pen at me?" I asked, trying to act confused. Annabeth just held it to my throat, cutting it a bit, making blood rush out. "Um, Nico, why is she drawing on me? I getting creeped out" I said concerned. "Annabeth, what are you doing?" Jason said "Don't kill Nico's friend"
"Wait, kill?!?" I asked, shocked. My acting is awesome at the moment. I should stop photography and start acting lessons. "Why do you want to kill me with a pen?" I asked, trying not to laugh at my response. I looked at Nico who was enjoying this. "Bro, Deathbreath, help me here" I said, with a edge of fear in my voice. Wait hang on, how is Annabeth's knife hurting me? I thought...oh well, next time I see Athena I'm going to ask some questions. Wow, I'm sounding like...Annabeth. "Annabeth, stop trying to kill Peter with a pen" Nico said, snapping me out my thoughts. Annabeth sighed and put away her knife. "But he saw through mist, I can see it in his eyes" Annabeth whispered loudly. "What is missed? What did I miss?" I dumbly said, trying not to laugh. Annabeth growled, making the room go silent. It broke when Nico started to laugh. When I say laugh, I mean laughing-so-hard-that-I-could-die laugh. Because he started to laugh, I let mine out as well. "Seriously, Peter, you're worst than Percy!" Nico laughed, trying to catch his breath. I gave him a slight death glare about mentioning Percy...well,the old me. Annabeth, Jason and Piper gasped at what Nico said. "I'm sorry okay? It's not my fault I'm like my cousin!!" I whined.
"I'm quiet surprised that you aren't twins, you're so alike" Nico continued. I laugh, making Piper slap me and Nico. "You know where Percy is?" she yelled. I stared at her confused "Have you met my cousin before?" I asked.
"Yes, we were his..."
"Friends yeah, he told me. He also told me that he was betrayed by people he thought was family. Was that you guys?" I said coldly, answering Jason's question. Annabeth looked like she'd been stabbed in the heart. "Why would we betray him? He was our best friend" Annabeth cried. I was about to reply but the lady receptionist came through the staff only door. "Okay, Mr Parker, can you take care of these new students for the first couple of weeks?" the lady asked. I nodded, leading my old friends to home group.

Annabeth's POV
As Peter lead us down the long hall way, I had time to think about what's happen the last year. Percy disappearing, founding out that now he's mortal, Chiron saying that us (Jason, Piper and Nico) have to go to school because there's an unknown demigod like scent the gods found and now to meeting Percy's cousin. I wonder if he knows where he is now, really want to be in Percy's arms. I only said I can't touch boys because...I only want to be with Percy, no one else. But Peter...he's really nice and stands up for what's right, even ageist me. I walked into someone, I looked up to see Peter. He brushed me off gently "Sorry Annabeth" he said. I shock my head "It's fine, I wasn't looking were I was going" I replied. I admit, Peter is good looking, his brown hair messy and his big brown eyes behind his glasses...stop, it Annabeth, Percy's the one and only. Peter opened the class room door and we went in.
