Peter/Percy's POV

I walked into maths class, noticing most of the boys were drooling over Adara. I hooked her arm around mine and death stared the boys, making Flash laugh.
"Has Petty Peter Parker got a girlfriend?" Flash asked, howling in laugher.
"Yes, I do Flash, is that a problem?" I sassied.
He walked up to Adara and touched her cheek.
Doesn't he know the costs of messing with a goddess?
"This beautiful girl doesn't deserve you, she deserves to have me" Flash said. Adara slapped his hand away "This girl can also talk and tells you to stand down before things get messy" She growled.
Flash laughed "I love a sassy girl, its so-"
I slapped him, making the class go silent.
"Don't touch her or talk to her in that way Flash. Back off" I said sternly.
"What is this about?"
Oh come on!

I turned around to see a familiar woman...Adara flinches next to me.
"Flash was being a pervert miss, he was threatening this poor girl" I said.
The teacher glared at Flash angrily.
"Detention after school Mr Thompson"
"But miss, I have the big game on tonight!"
"Well I would think you would need to apologise to your coach about why you cant come tonight"
"But-"
"I'll make that an extra hour" the teacher threatened. Flash quickly sat down in is sit. The blonde haired teacher looks at me and Adara with narrow eyes, her grey eyes calculating what we are. I know those eyes from anywhere.
"Are you the new exchange student the teachers were talking about?" She asked.
Adara nodded "Miss Adara Lockhart, it's wonderful to meet you" Adara said.
I silently laughed, this is going to be fun.
"And you?" She asked.
"Peter Parker ms" I said, causing her to flinch.
"You may sit next to Annabeth in the back" she said. We both nodded and sat next to Annabeth; me on one side of her while Adara's on the other.
"If you don't know, my name is Ms Chasen, good morning class" Ms Chasen said.
Everyone said their good mornings.
"Isn't that Athena?" I whispered to Annabeth. She nodded, not looking at me.
This is going to take a while.
I put my hand up.
"Yes Mr Parker?" Athena asked.
"May I go to the bathroom?" I asked.
She groaned "Fine, but when you get back you'll be overloaded by information"
I smirked as I walked out and whispered as I walked pass her "I don't think so ms, I'm top of the class, over your daughter"

I ran to my locker in the empty hallway to see my prototype for my suit there. 'What are you doing Percy?' Adara asked in my mind.
'Would I need web shooters or would it come...out of my wrist?' I asked in my mind.
'No, you don't. Put your pinky, index fingers and thumb out and a blast of web should come out your wrist'
I slowly did what she said on my left hand and a very strong web shot out my hand and stuck to the stairs which were 18 feet away.
My eyes widened "Wouldn't be needing them" I said and put my suit away and locked my locker. I got rid of the web and put it in Annabeth's locker to scare her a bit (her code is easy; 1808, my birthday). I locked on the watch on my right wrist to see I've been out for 5 minutes. Widening my eyes I quickly ran back to class, apologised for being late and continued on with schoolwork.

"Okay, the homework is to study every single way to find out a missing angle in a triangle, the triangle is in your textbooks, page 364" Athena said as all the students rushed out "Mr Parker, can I have a word?"
Adara walking next to me tugged on my arm "Peter, please..."
"Just wait outside with Annabeth, and if anything bad happens, you'll hear it...trust me" I said, causing her to laugh and walk out with the grumpy Annabeth. As soon as Annabeth closed the door Athena asked "Why did you break my daughter's heart...again?"
"Is this all your here for? You know I have to keep a low level and it doesn't help when I've already shown myself as...Percy in front of them!" I exclaimed sternly.
"That's no excuse, who is that girl anyway?"
I feel a smirk slowly appear on my face "You jealous?"
Athena blushed "No, she just seems...off, like a monster off"
I snorted and rolled my eyes "My girlfriend is mortal, like me Athena so don't lecture me on what a monster is or not because I'm pretty sure I've had my incounters with monsters" I said.
Athena narrowed her eyes "Don't be smart with me Jackson"
"Don't say my last name here Athena" I said, my voice sounding angry.
"Or what? What are you going to do to me? I should get going before I miss my next class" Athena said, walking to the door. I smirked as an idea came to my head. As soon as Athena started to open the door, I motioned my hands so web came out, and slammed the door.
Athena turned to me shocked and I said "We're not finished yet"
"How did you do that with- what even is this?" Athena asked, examining the web.
"I'm quiet surprised you haven't noticed" I said.
She gasped "Is this spiderweb?"
"Maybe"
She glared angrily at me, storming towards me. I jumped up high and gripped onto the first thing I felt. I opened my eyes to see myself upside down, attached to the wall.
"This is new" I muttered as the the door opened to reveal Adara. She quickly closed the door, catching the attention of Athena. Adara laughed, shaking her head.
"Get used to it idiot" she said.
"Excuse me but I only knew about this yesterday" I said.
"What yesterday?" Athena asked. I smirked as I jumped down from the ceiling.
"Haha...spoilers?" I said.
"No, Percy, tell me the truth" Athena said.
"Isn't it that obvious?" I asked.
She gasped
"You've been cursed by...Arachne!" Athena yelled.
"Keep it down" I hissed before saying "It's a blessing, not a curse lady Athena"
"She's a ville cheater-"
"No she's not" I turn to Adara with wide eyes "You just cursed her because you were jealous of her work and that it was better than yours. Your pride was so hurt that you had to hurt her instead of you bearing the pain"
"How would you know, you mortal?" Athena asked.
Adara laughed "I can't believe you don't recognise me grandma"
Athena gasped, then glared at her "Arachne" she snarled, stepping towards her.
I webbed her hands behind her back "She's here with me lady Athena so I recommend you calm down before you get hurt" I snarled.
"Why are you helping her? She cursed you!"
"She was forced to by those stupid fates, trying to make my normal life a mess" I snarled "Would you excuse me, I need to get to my next lesson, not that I've already missed it all"
And I walked out with Adara with an angry tied up Athena in the classroom.

~~~~After next lesson- Annabeth's POV~~~

I thought I would check on my mum, since she was teaching us. I walked to the classroom I was in for maths to open the door to see my mum tied in...spiderwebs? I gasped, catching her attention. "Mum!" I said, closing the door and rushing to her "What happened?"
"Arachne" she snarled, I flinched.
"How is she here though?" I asked as I used my blade to cut her out.
"She's disguised as a girl named Adara" I gasped.
"I knew it!" I said and I ran out the room to find that traitorous bitch and get her hands off of my Peter.

Get yourself together Annabeth!

I ran to where Peter and Adara were hanging out for lunch break to see Peter in the tree upside down and Adara laughing. I walked up behind her and put my blade at her throat.
"Hey!" She cried, causing Peter to fall out of the tree. I held in a laugh as he stood up to see me and Adara.
"Annabeth, let her go, she has done nothing to you" Peter said slowly.
"Done nothing! She threw me into hell!" I yelled.
Peter flinched.
"You figured it out ha?" Adara/Arachne asked.
I pressed the blade harder onto her neck, causing golden blood to flow out.
"Annabeth, leave her alone!" Peter said.
"Why? She's a monster!"
"She's a goddess!" Peter said, shocking me "And it's rude to disrespect a goddess"
"Yeah Annabeth" Arachne said.
"Not helping Adara" Peter said, gritting his teeth.
"Why are you even here?" I asked.
"Helping him" Adara said, pointing at the now pale looking Peter.
"Why?" I yelled.
"I will answer if you let her go" Peter said. I sighed and let her go...then she disappeared on the spot. I growled with frustration to see Peter's gone too. I'm gonna kill him.
