Annabeth's POV
How dare he leave without answering to me!!!! HE SAID HE'LL STAY!!!
Straight after he disappeared I heard the lunch bell, which for the next two periods are study. I sprinted out school and in the direction of Peter's house which I know he has too...he needs to answer me or hell will break loose.

I went to the door and knocked on it, to reveal Sally. "Hello Annabeth, what brings you here? Aren't you meant to be at school?" She asked.
"Study period, is Peter here?" I asked.
Sally laughed "Did he do something wrong?"
"Something like that, can I go inside to tell you? It's about...my mother's world" I whispered. She nodded and opened the door wider so I can come in. "We can go into the kitchen and talk" she said as we walked into the kitchen. I sat on the bench, causing Sally to roll he eyes.
"What happened?" She asked.
"Peter had a new friend...called Adara who in goddess form is Arachne. And the thing is...he knew about it. I have no idea why he would keep that a secret; she threw me and Percy in hell" I explained "He is here?"
Sally shook his head "He texted me to say he's on his way home but he never ended up here"
I froze...maybe Arachne took him?
"That could be really bad, why did Peter had to trust her" I exclaimed.
"Because I have my reasons Annabeth" I turned around to see Peter standing there.
I got off the bench and stood angrily in front of him "How dare you run off after leaving on that bombshell!!! Why did you help Arachne?" I yelled.
"And more importantly; where were you? You said you'll be here in 10 but you were an half hour late!!" Sally yelled "Do you want me to have a heart attack!!"
Peter flinched "Sorry Aunty, it won't happen again. I saw Percy so I had to say hello"
"Wait, you saw Percy?" I asked, shocked.
"Percy lives around here...Hades" Peter said before cursing.
"Wait, my missing son lives around here?" Sally yelled "Why would you do that to me?"
"I didnt want you to stress, if people *cough* demigods *cough* found out and told the gods, he would be dead, he's on the run now!" Peter yelled "Did do think I would want to kill my cousin!?!?"
"Peter..." I whispered.
"No, I need time alone" and with that he walked up the stairs and slammed his bedroom door.
"I'm sorry Sally" I whispered.
"It's okay, I understand. The gods are trying to kill Percy and now since I recently found out about him knowing where Percy is..." Sally said, staring to tear up "...he will be hunted too!"
"Sally, it's okay" I said, hugging the crying lady "I and the others will protect him...with ours lives. We don't want you to lose another one of your boys"
Sally sniffles "Thank you"

Peter/Percy's POV

I growled as I fell on my bed after listening to their conversation; I can look after myself!! Especially with these new powers. I sighed as I put the radio on. 'Breaking news; videos and images come in of a man swinging from what looks to be like...spiderwebs' I sat up to hear the rest '...the police are treating it as threat, as the head officer, Frederick Chase explains "We do not know if he is a threat or a causal visitor. But someone with that type of skill can be dangerous. So as police of New York, stay away from this person and if this person is listening, stand down. I-"'
I turned the radio off, I didn't realise they would take me on.
Well, it runs in the family of Chases.
I banged my hands against the wall next to my bed.
"Are you giving up already?" I turned around to see familiar goddesses.
"Arachne? Hera?" I asked
"Yes, young Percy?" Hera asked.
I turned back around to the wall
"Just leave me alone" I whispered "Is there a way to get out of this?"
"I'm sorry, fate has made your life a living hell again" Hera said.
I sighed.
"I just want a normal life for once, and this happens!" I said, turning around "Why me?"
"Nyx is rising and we need a-"
"Hero? Haven't you got the others?" I asked angrily.
"But-"
"Hera" Arachne said "The boy has a point, he saved many people and will do some more- don't say you didn't"
"I wasn't going to, what were you talking about?" I said sarcastically.
Hera chuckled while Arachne rolled her eyes.
"You're a hero, and there is nothing wrong with that. Life has it's ups and downs but it does not define you" Hera said.
"I know..." I whispered "I know"
I saw them disappear, leaving me alone...
