This is no ordinary Spiderman story, it's a crossover about betrayal and...gods. Yes, a crossover with Percy Jackson. Forget about Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, put Percy and Annnabeth in their shoes. They will still have their powers...mostly.

I groaned, opening my eyes to see myself getting stared at by lots of pairs of eyes; two electric blue, one black, one grey, two brown and one kaleidoscope. "Oh thank the gods you're okay" Annabeth said "We got worried, I came straight back from work to see you" I sat up to see me on my own bed, thanks good at lest. "Steady Peter, you had a nasty fall" Sally said. "Yeah, what was that about anyway?" Piper asked, charmspeaking me. I rolled my eyes "I don't know, one second I was fine and the next I fainted" Piper gasped silently, realising I was lying. "Peter..." Paul started. "Uncle, nothing bad happened..." I said, trying to convince him "Anyway, can I have some water?" Sally nodded, leaving with Paula and leaving me with my old friends. "Are you sure you're okay?" Annabeth asked. "I'm fine, I'm not dead" I said, causing Nico and Thalia to laugh "Shut up you two" "Sorry!" Nico laughed, causing me to death glare him. "Did anything happen...like god related?" Jason asked carefully. I fake stared at him weirdly "What are you talking about? Like Greek gods?" "Yeah..." Piper said. "Not that I know of, I would remember something like that" I answered. They were about to talk more but my mum came in with Paul and the drink. "Okay guys, you can go now, he needs to rest" my mum said, giving me the glass of water. Annabeth, Jason, Piper, mum and Paul left leaving me with Thalia and Nico.
"What happened?" Nico asked. "Um...goddess problems, guys, I can't really tell you" I said. Thalia was about to complain but then my mum yelled "Peter, there's a girl from your school wanting to talk to you!" A girl? Nico and Thalia look confused as I am. "Okay, send her up!" I said, my voice cracking. I put my finished glass down to see my hand won't let go of it. "Peter..." Nico started. I wave my hand frantically, trying to get the glass off of my hand but it wasn't working. "It won't work Peter, you know that" I look to see a teenage, less dressed up looking Arachne.

A beautiful looking Arachne, no offence if you're listening, your spider version I'm comparing to. 'Thanks Percy. Before you spill my name Percy, it's Adara in this form' Arachne's voice echoed in my head. "Adara, what are you doing here?" I asked. "Seeing you of course!! I heard about your fall, are you okay?" She asked, walking slowly towards me. "I'm fine, Adara, this is Nico and Thalia, my second cousins removed" I said, introducing them "Guys, this is Adara, my..." 'Girlfriend' I'm not saying that! 'They know your identity Percy, if you were to say childhood friend like you were going to, they would know I'm a goddess' Fine. "...my girlfriend" Thalia and Nico both widen their eyes. "What?" Adara asked. "Um..okay, sorry. Hi Adara" Nico said, shaking her hand. "You must be Thalia, hi!" Adara said cheerfully. "Hey!" Thalia said. Adara/Arachne turned to me to see the glass still stuck to my hand and smirked. "A little stuck there Peter?" Adara asked. I poked my tongue out at her. I tried to put my glass down again and it worked... "Seriously, it works now!" I said, causing Adara to laugh. "What works?" Nico asked. "Um...nothing!" I said. Thalia's hands burst with electricity...oh, Zeus gave her back her powers obviously. "Tell me or you'll get fried!" Thalia snarled. "Why is her hands like that?" Arachne/Adara said in fake shock. "She can se through mist?" Nico stated. "Of course she can, she's a Descendant of Arachne!" I said, causing them to be quiet.
'I'm going to kill you after Percy' I'm sorry! At lest I didn't say you were Arachne!
"Wait what?" Thalia said as Adara said "I'm the what?" "Adara, you're the descendant of Arachne, the famous Greek spider goddess and one of the only women brave enough to face Athena" I said. She gasped in shock "So...Greek gods are real?" "Yep, Thalia's the daughter of Zeus, Nico the son of Hades and I'm a relative of Poseidon, like you" I said. "That explains the electricity" Adara said "Would I have powers?" "I don't know yet...we'll find out" I said "Anyway, Thalia and you should get going" "You need to explain-" "What Nico? That a glass magically stuck to my hand? I have no idea" I said and they both walked out angrily.
As soon as they closed the door I muttered "They're going to tell the others" "No shit Sherlock!" Adara/Arachne said. "Hey, at lest you can now help me with the powers" I said. She laughed "I will only tell you, not show; you have powers of sticking to stuff..." "Well then" "...and have senses and reflects of a spider" "That's so cool, and with my non dyslexic brain I can make...a web shooter, that will be so cool!" Adara laughed. "That would be cool" "And then...I could help New York..." "Your senses to be a hero is clicking in again "I can't just ignore this opportunity, especially when I am not a demigod anymore" "Okay then spider boy, it's your destiny to write" "You just had to add that" "Sorry" I look at the time to see it's 9pm "You better get going before my mum starts asking questions" Adara hugged me "Okay, bye" I stared at her weirdly. "We're meant to be in a relationship, we better start acting lovely" I blushed "Sorry!" "Bye Percy" And she walked out my room without a haze. "See you Adara! It's lovely meeting you!" Paul yelled before I heard footsteps coming up the stairs.
I saw him walk through the doorway and closed my door. "You got bitten, didn't you?" Paul said. "Please don't tell mum" I whispered. "So...anything bad happened?" He asked, keeping his voice down. I picked up the glass to let go of it and stay on my hand. "Because of my previous demigod blood, it's reacted in a way that I have powers of a spider" I said. "Oh.." "Yeah" I said "And that girl? You never said you had a girlfriend?" Paul said. "Lady Arachne in disguise to help cover me up if something interesting happens with my powers, her names Adara" I said. "She is a beautiful young lady" Paul said "And very polite, it's hard to believe that Athena cursed her because of her pride" "It's Athena's pride that cursed her, Arachne was the fair player, not Athena" I said. 'Thanks Percy' I heard Arachne in my head. "Okay...I won't tell your mum but if on the news there is sightings of a flying man, I'll know it's you" Paul said, laughing and walked out my room.
I sighed and I felt my eyes close.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As soon as I got to school, Adara/Arachne hugged me. "What are you doing here?" I whispered. "To help cover up your mistakes like you said last night to your step-dad stupid!" Adara said. We both walked into the school gates to see Jason, Annabeth, Piper and Nico talking to together. I smiled at Adara who's walking next to me. "Hey Peter, who's she?" Annabeth said quiet bitterly. "Adara, my girlfriend" I said, causing her to flinch. Opps She must love...no 'Yes Peter, but don't worry, you'll get your powers controlled easily and I'll leave' Arachne said in my head. "Hey, my names Jason, next to me is my girlfriend Piper and the girl next to her is Annabeth. With Nico next to her" Jason said. At lest he's being friendly. "Hi Guys, its nice to met you" Adara said. "Your name means 'beautiful' in Greek, did you know that?" Piper stated. "Yeah, my family is from Greek origin" Adara said. Silence surrounded us. "Anyway, we should be heading to class" I said, walking off with Adara.
Annabeth's POV
HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND? Calm down Annabeth, it's all good.
As they walked off I heard Peter whisper to Adara "You're secretly enjoying stirring up Annabeth, aren't you?" "Well yeah, her mother hates me"
"Was I the only one who-" "No Annabeth, I heard it too" Piper said "There's something fishy with that girl, but I can't put my finger on it" "Yeah, she did say Athena hated her" Jason said. "Is it late to say that she might be a descendant of a Greek god" Nico said. "She might be yeah, let's hope a Greek god takes her in a class and we'll find out" I said bitterly. "You really don't like her, do you?" Piper said. "I finally realised my feelings for Peter and she comes along" I snarled and stormed off to walk to class, which was a class with Peter: mathematics.
