Brandon
I woke up because Mariana was shaking me awake she really wanted to get her clothes. "I'm up. I'm up." I yawned. "Good I thought I would have to get a bucket of cold water." Mariana didn't sound like she was joking. "Why aren't you shaking Callie awake?" I asked seeing her still sound asleep. "Because that's rude your a guy you can handle it." She gave me an evil smile. "Hey Callie wake up we're being dragged to the mall today remember." I teased Mariana we were actually like a family. "I'm too tired let me SLEEP!" She groaned. "Nope if I have to get up so do you now do I have to pick you up again?" I asked as I walked to the couch and started to tickle her. "Ok, ok I'm up." She said in between laughs. "Good 'cause I was about to pick you up." I said with a devilish smile. "Brandon, Callie come get your breakfast kiddos!" I heard the moms call for us from the kitchen. "So is bacon and eggs with coffee ok?" Lena who seemed to be the cook asked us. "It's better than ok that sounds really good." Callie and I shared a look no other foster homes were this nice. "So this party tomorrow how does it work out for us?" I asked some homes didn't tell people we were their foster kids. "Well we all have to be at the house during the party and-" I cut Stef off. "No I mean what do Callie and I tell people we are?" Everyone looked at me confused. "Well you can tell the you're humans if that's what your asking moms' friends are old but their not like vampires or zombies," Jesus joked. "He means if they can say that their your foster kids." Mariana looked at Jesus with narrow eyes. "Well obviously if you want to tell people feel free to or you could just say your our kids." Lena gave Callie and I a warm smile than got back to cooking. "Brandon you guys are our kids until the day you die don't you ever feel that you're not." Stef said as she kissed my forehead. "This is just temporary." I heard Callie whisper. "Callie we were gonna wait till Christmas morning to tell you guys but we decided that we're gonna keep fostering the two of you until you guys get a permanent home." Stef said smiling at Callie. "And we told Bill that you two are a package deal now and he said that he'll find one home for the two of you." Lena added as she served Callie and I our break fast. "Wait you mean like if someone adopts one of us they adopt both of us!" Callie said with a ear to ear smile on her face. "Yeah we didn't want you two to be adopted without knowing at least one sibling." Stef gave us each a hug and then we hugged each other. "Well let's get shopping!" Callie sound actually happy to be dragged around a store but that's what normal families do... I think.
Callie
I have a brother again after Jude was adopted without me I felt like I had no siblings any more. But now I had Brandon. "Callie your coming with me to get a dress we can leave these two to find a suit... Or just stand there confused." She said as she pulled me away from the boys. "So you and Brandon being siblings must be tuff." She said as she started to look carefully at dresses."Why would it be tuff?" I didn't get what she was talking about. "Come on have you not seen the way he looks at you? There's obviously something between you two." She trying to get me to understand. "Nothing is going on between us. Now didn't we say we were gonna get dresses." I said as I attempted to change the subject. "How about this! It totally screams Callie!" She picked up a red and black dress and practically threw it at me. "Ok this is a sleeveless short dress I just got out of juvie my arms and legs are pretty bruised." I handed her back the dress. "Well look at this one its long it kinda looks like a prom dress though." She said looking for a long dress. "I like it but what about my arms?" I wished I didn't have to wear a dress. "Leave it to me I'm a makeup wizard." She gave me a cocky smile. I hope she's that good I didn't want to look like a 'juvie girl' with my face and arms all bruised and beat.

"So you wanna go to the food court? It only takes half a second to find a suit." Jesus almost begged he was always hungry. "Fine but don't let Mariana see us she'll kill us if we're not looking at suits." I joked. Once we got our food and sat down Jesus started making conversation. "So you and Callie are you guys like a thing?" Jesus asking as he stuffed his face. "No she's my sister remember we're gonna get adopted together." I tried to convince myself that I didn't have a thing for Callie. "Yeah sure that's why you always look at her with huge puppy eyes." Jesus didn't sound like he was joking. "We're not together there is absolutely nothing going on between me and Callie." I was lying straight through my teeth nothing was going on with her but I had feelings for her. "Ok but you know the rules about dating foster siblings." Jesus was convinced that I was gonna do something stupid. "Yeah I know the rules I've been in foster care almost my whole life."
I knew the rules I just didn't want to follow them. Rules were meant to be broken right? "Dude we should go look at suits pick one out then meet up with the girls." I said trying to change the very uncomfortable subject. "Ok let's go." Jesus got up and started to walk but I just sat there thinking about Callie. "Come on your the one that said to get up and get the suits." Jesus had a point. When we got to the suits we both looked for a minute and then just grabbed one. After that we just met up with the girls and left.
