Dear Aurora,

It's Jake.Jake Taylor.I am in Ryan's squad over here.

Ryan told me to write to you if he didn't return in a month.This last mission must've drawn out longer than they expected cause we have seen him yet.

Hopefully by the time you get this message he will be back and able to write to you on his own.

Ryan is a great guy and I'm glad he met you.I would be honoured to walk Rocky down the isle when you two get hitched.I have a little more time then old Ryan, so don't forget that when your making plans! lol

You keep safe over there girl, Ryan lives for you now.I've never seen him so happy!

Take care and I'll have him writing to you the moment he walks in camp!

Thanks for letting me know.I worry about Ryan.These missions where he's gone so long are the worse.

I hope you're all being careful and safe over there! I have only 2 channels out here but I watch the news everyday here, hoping to hear that things over in the war area are ok.That you all are ok.

I know they won't report on you guys or even say much if it does go badly but I still watch.

Rocky will be pleased to have you I'm sure.He's gonna need some time before though to get use to you.So, we will have to meet before the wedding you all are planning! Lol.

I'm glad Ryan is happy, I am too.That man means more than anything to me.Get his butt some paper! Lol

Still no word darlin', I hate to write this to you but we haven't been able to find out anything.I know they say no news is good news but this has been the longest we've had anyone gone.

I'm gonna ask around, see if I can find out what is going on.

Any word? I appreciate the letters but I really need to tell Ryan something.
It's been 3 months since his last letter.

He's still alive right? You would tell me if he wasn't...wouldn't you?

I saw the news last night.There was an rescue squad that got caught in enemy territory.I saw the government is negotiating for their release.I hope you guys are still being safe.

Write me back Jake.With any news, I'm not good at this waiting.
