**HARRY’S POV**

“I-I have to go,” she says before running out of the restaurant.

I nearly knock Niall over trying to get out of my chair.

I run outside the restaurant and she isn’t there.

I sniff around and quickly follow the scent.

It leads me to the end of town where the big road breaks into a couple of small ones. I take the road that is mostly hidden by trees. I follow the road and I come to a massive house covered with Ivy and lots of oak trees.

I run up to the old house and start knocking on the door, nothing.

I start kicking it trying to knock it down, nothing.

The door opens a bit and out steps a shy looking girl.

“Excuse me but you have to leave” She says

I try to push past her but she grabs my arm.

She has a strong grip, a grip to strong for a human.

I look into her eyes, gold.

This girl is defiantly a vampire.

“My friend is in this house I need to get in just-“

“Jade isn’t your friend, and you need to leave.” She says.

For such a small girl she is very sassy.

I groan and push her to the side with all my strength.

I close the two big doors and lock them before running up the large marble stairs.

I sniff around until my eyes meet a door at the end of the hall.

That’s her room.

She is here.

I run up to it and stop outside.

I open it slightly, just wanting to see her before things got messy.

Her hair got a lot longer and darker, probably because of the lack of sun around here. On her left cheek is a huge burn. There are ones just like it all down her neck and tiny wrists. That’s the thing, Jade just looks…tiny. Also she looks tired, pale, older, almost sick.

Three weeks without seeing her and she looks almost like a completely different person.

Jade is running around the room stuffing her bag with random things.

There are tears running down her cheeks but she is to busy to wipe them away

“Why am I crying I’m so sick of crying.” She mutters to herself

I want to just run in there and kiss her, but I am scared.

What if she rejects me?

What if she won’t take me back?

God dam it man up Styles this is Jade we are talking about

I run my hand through my hair before opening the door.

Jade turns to face me with that same expression on her face.

Guilt, fear, embarrassment.

“I thought-“

“Stop!” she says putting her hands up. “You can have it. You can have the room the house the town I don’t care I’m leaving.” She said in a scratchy voice starting to run around the room again.

“What?” I ask. “No! No, I don’t want the house Jade I want you.”

She laughs a little bit. “Harry I know I look bad but I’m doing fine, really, you don’t have to lie to-“

I walk up to her and rip the bag out of her hands. “Jade stop it!” I say.

“O-okay I’m just going to-“

“Your not going anywhere sit down.”

She pauses still refusing to make eye contact with me.

I take a step towards her and she backs up.

“Please don’t make me do this Harry, please?” she asks.

I sigh and stick my hands in my pockets. “I just want you to know that I didn’t mean any of what I said to you. I was just…mad.” He says.

She laughs again.

“What?” he asks.

“It’s just everybody always seams to get mad at me. You, De, Zayn, everybody.” She says talking a mile a minute.

“Jade no one is mad we just want you to come back.”

She is shaking her head. “There has to be something wrong with me if everyone just keeps getting… mad!” she says in an almost frantic voice.

“Jade, stop.”

“I’m not going letting you take me back there just to get everyone frustrated again! I just mess things up! I’m better off h-here.” She says almost looking out of breath from talking so fast.

“Jade are you okay?” I ask.

“I-I’m-“ she says before stumbling back and hitting the bed.

“What’s wrong?”  I ask with worried eyes.

“N-nothings wrong I’m just tired.”

“What the hell is wrong I know something is wrong!” I say clenching my fists and raising my voice

Suddenly the door bursts open.

“Oh shit not again.” Says the girl from the door.

She runs over to the bed and takes Jade’s hands.

“Jade you can’t hold out any longer you need to just do it.” She says

“No Natalie I-I’m good.” She says.

“You’re not fucking good! Look at you! You have to weigh under a hundred pounds and you look like a ghost! What is wrong?” I pressure.

“Jade I am getting some wait here.” Says the girl who I am guessing is Natalie before running out of the room.

“Jade what is wrong with you?” asks Harry.

She looks up at me for the first time since the diner.

“T-this is just too much at once can you please just leave?” she asks.

“I’m not going anywhere, I want to help you!” I say sitting on the bed feeling tears roll down my cheeks.

“Just wait outside then.” Says the girl coming in with a red bag.

I stare it and then realize the bag isn’t red but the liquid with in it.

My eyes turn red

This girl is holding a bag of blood.

I connect all the puzzle pieces and then it hits me.

When she bit De

When she wouldn’t kill that man

Jade wont drink blood.

I quickly scramble out of the room and sink against the door
