Chapter 24

**fear not, this is NOT the end of my fanfic even though i am nearing it

I hate to leave you guys at a cliff hanger like this but I have friends coming over tomorrow and the day after so I probably wont be able to update.

yeah, thats it and as promised here is your second update of the day :)

**JADE”S POV**

“You ready?” asks Conner from downstairs. With him stand Grace and a couple other male vampires. I trudge down the stairs feeling like crap not only because I haven’t eaten for almost a week but also because I know that today all of the boys are going to die.

I walk up to Hope,“Are you sure that you want to do this?” I ask her one last time.

She looks away from me. “Let’s go.” She mutters.

Grace holds the door open as we all walk out into the broad daylight andI finger the airplane necklace around my neck, we will be together soon, “She looks horrible.” Says grace. “When is the last time she ate?”

“She wont eat.” Says Hope

“It’s fine.” Says Conner. “He wont want to kill her, so she can catch him off guard and just-“

“Okay.” I interrupt.

“Get on my back, we need to save whatever energy you have left.” He says. I slowly hop on and then we are off. I watch the trees pass quickly and his strong-arms around my back. I close my eyes and pretend it is Harry. I pretend tat it is his small stubble that is scratching my forehead. His muscular back that I am holding onto. And his legs that my eyes watch run at this inhuman speed. He eventually puts me down and we are standing in front of the familiar house.

There stands De, my De, and then there is Zayn, “Jade?” she asks. Zayn whips around and I avoid eye contact.

“Jade!” she screams with a huge smile,

Conner puts me down and starts to walk over to Zayn,“De get inside.” He says keeping eye contact.

“What?”

“Get inside, now.” He says

“Zayn what’s-“

“GO!” he screams

By now all of the other boys are out. I scan them one by one. Zayn, Lou, Niall, Liam, and him. He looks completely different. His messy curls look like they haven’t been washed in days and he has huge bags under his big green eyes that give him a sexy edge,“What the hell do you want.” spits Louis at grace.

Grace laughs. “You.” She says running at him and knocking him over.

Before I know it there is full out war between the eight of us and the five of them. Well four, because Harry it just standing there looking at me, and I him. He starts to walk towards me. I run towards him through the mass of angry vampires. He starts to walk faster and I stick my arms out. We are inches away and I feel Harry’s fist connect with my jaw.

I grab my face and squint my eyes in pain,“Ow.” I whisper to myself.

But before I have time to look at him again he has hit me again. I look from his clenched fist to him and I run. I look behind me; he is still there, expressionless, cold. I stop in my tracks,“Harry!” I scream.

He goes to punch me but I dodge it, “What the fuck is wrong with you!” he asks jumping for me. “I sit in front of that door for almost a week just waiting for you to come, and finally do, but not to get back together but to kill me!”

“Harry!” I try again but he is to busy trying to hit me.

“I give you my everything! And what do you do? You fucking leave!” he screams.

“I came back! I came back to be with you!” I scream.

Harry tops and looks at me, “But you came with-“

“Harry, I couldn’t stop them. So I came with them so that we can leave together. We can run away! Start over!”

Harry looks at me for a little while then laughs, “You are asking me to abandon my friends for you? Jade, I-I-I would never, you… I don’t even know how I feel about you anymore!” he screams.

This takes me by surprise. “B-but you said that you-“

“Jade,” he laughs. “You left me! And then you come back, and you leave again! I, I hate you!” he scoffs.

“Harry…” I say speechless.

My heart feels like it has been ripped in two, but I still listen, “You are horrible! You have been a bitch! Vampire you is nothing like regular you! I should have never changed you, you know what, I should have never even taken you in the first place! You think that just because you have this sad back-story people are going to cut you some slack. Oh the orphan girl, her parents died, will guess what Jade! Parents die everyday! There are children who have had it much worse then you and the fact that you use your past, as an excuse is PATHETIC. YOU ARE PATHETIC!” he screams at me.

His eyes are more gold then I have ever seen before. I look around to see that everyone is watching us. Hope, Conner, Louis, Niall, Grace, Liam, and Zayn, “Your right.” I whisper loud enough for them to hear. I look up at the sky; the sun is directly hitting me. Even though I am cold its warm rays feel calming on my skin. I reach into my shirt and pull out the airplane necklace, “I can’t do this anymore.” I say half to myself and half to Harry. “I cant kill people, I cant take in that my parents died, and I ant take knowing that this is what you all think of me.” I say not making eye contact with anyone. I take a deep breath and look around at everyone one last time before I yank the necklace from my neck. I hear slight clink noise of the chain breaking.

I see Hope’s face drop. I watch everyone’s eyes turn from gold to their normal color, but especially the green pair watching me right now. I feel my skin start to bubble and I fall to my knees, “No.” I hear him say. “NO!” he screams knocking me over trying to push me into the shade but I am already half way gone. I close my eyes tight and try not to scream.

Just let it happen.

You have nothing left to live for.

I breathe in one last time and then close my eyes

This is it.
