Jason's pov

I was leaning against Luke's bus with a cigarette in my mouth and a pissed off look on my face. Luke walks back out. "Any sign of her?" "Nope and man am I glad!" He glares at me and sits down on the step. "Why are you always such a jerk to her?" My eyes go wide and the cigarette falls from my mouth. "I'm.... I'm the jerk! She's... Did you see the way she was talking to me?! And my wife?! This chick is bad news and I wish I never found her for you!" "You don't understand!" He snaps, walking to his truck. "Where are you going now?!" "I'm gonna go find her!" Dammit. I fight myself for a solid 3 seconds. "Dang it. Hey Luke wait up, I'll help you." I gasp, running over. "Why?" He asks. I sigh. "I may hate her but you're my best friend. And if she makes you happy, I'll do whatever I can to help." He smiles. "Dude, I'm sorry she's been such an ass to you." I glare out the window. "Let's just hurry up and find her." I mutter, lighting another cigarette. "Why'd you start smoking again?" I stay quiet and roll the window down.

Caroline's pov

I'm so angry. Luke believes that rude lying asshole over me. What's worse is he acts like he doesn't even remember me! I mean we dated since 5th grade til we graduated. How could he not remember that?! I put my head down on the bar and cry. I hear the doors to the bar open. He walks in. That's great just great! "Go away." I grumble, glaring at the bottle of tequila in my hand. He sits beside me. "I am not here for you. I'm here for Luke. Personally I don't care if you come back or not! But Luke cares about you!" He gripes. I glare at him. He's definitely grown up since high school. Except for his attitude. "You can seriously walk in here and say you don't remember me?"

Remember her? Why would I..... Oh wait. "Did I know you in high school or something? Cause if I knew you before I was 25-" "Of course. We dated for almost six years!" "Wait Caroline listen. When I was 25, me and Luke were hunting and I got shot.... In the head.... I almost died but when I came to I didn't remember anything before that day. I don't remember high school at all that's why I don't remember you!" Her eyes go wide. "Whoa! Really?" I nod. "I wish I could remember. But it's been ten years and I still have no memory of any of it. Doc says it'll never come back and I've given up trying." Where's the bartender? "What are you doing here anyway?" She mutters. "Looking for you. Luke's been worried sick and we're about to roll out so are you comin' with us or not?" She smiles. "Yeah. And I'm really sorry." "Don't be. I shoulda told ya from the get go." I smile and call Luke. "Hey man, I found her... And we're all square. No more hating each other." "That's great. I'll meet ya back at the buses!" Then he hangs up. "But wait Luke you're my ride!" I gasp but it's too late. That dumbass. "I got a car." She says. I get off the barstool and so does she. "I thought of something that might get your memory back." "Like I said, I've given up trying to get it back. I've tried everything." "Not everything." She says stopping walking. Huh? "What do you-" She cuts me off with a kiss. My eyes go wide in shock. She kissed me. Why'd she-

"Jason are you okay?" He stares wide eyed at nothing. "Jas-" "How.... How'd you do that? I've been trying for years!" "Do what?" "I.... I remember." He gasps, staring at me now. "You do?" He nods. "Do NOT tell Luke or Miranda." "They'll probably figure out you have your memory back! What so you tell them then?" "I'll tell them I hit my head and remembered but I can't let them know we kissed! I'm married for Christ's sakes!" "I'm sorry Jason, I wasn't trying to come onto you or anything but I had a feeling it worked and look it did."

So getting kissed by my high school ex girlfriend was all I needed to restore my memory. We get in her car. "We don't speak of this." I say, glaring out the window. It's gonna be so weird between us. I sigh and reach in my pocket for my smokes but I think I left them in Luke's truck. "Damn. Hey stop by at this gas station. I need to get something." "What do you need?" She asks, parking. "I left my smokes in Luke's truck." I walk into the store and get two packs of Marlboro lights, a new lighter, and a six pack of beer. We get back to the place. "Why did you leave me there, Luke?!" I snap, annoyed. "Sorry man, I didn't think you'd get pissed." "Well you have fun." I say, waving toward her and walking to my bus. Miranda is in the living room, worried. "Hey baby sorry I shoulda texted you... But I was trying to help Luke find his girl." "I know. Luke told me. It's just you two don't particularly get along." "We were fine. We didn't fight like I was afraid of." "Good." Mike calls to me saying it's time to go for the concert. I hug her and walk out there. "Who's ready to burn it down?!"
