The Guy She Never Noticed

Chapter 12- A refund...

Zoe did not argue, She knew it was not worth arguing anymore and just said,

"Gimme some time, I have a lot of packing to do! "

"Just remember that we will shift to my home for 6 days and at the last day you can pick all you want for the trip to Prague."

"Yaa!! I get it!"

Saying so she started packing off stuff, In the meantime I drafted my leave letter and mailed it to Steve.

An hour passed, what the hell was she even doing?

I decided to check,I walked towards her room and when I went in what I saw was unimaginable! The whole room had turned upside down. She had her stuff lying everywhere!

"Whaaa??? Whats all this??"

"Zachiii, Umm could you help me out? I really cant decide what all to take with me"

"Zoe we are just shifting to my place for 6 goddamn days and even if you need anything you can just drop by!"

"Oh well, Still Help ME!"

Saying this she gave me that ARE.YOU.HELPING.ME.OR.NOT look and we got to work.

After another half and hour of arguments we finally decided what she needed and packed it off.

Just as we sat on the bed for rest after cleaning up the mess, my phone rang.

TRUST ME, I GET EFFIN FRUSTRATED WHEN THIS HAPPENS.

"Why don't you shut that thing off??" Zoe questioned.

"Umm, Idk. I don't feel like doing it"

Saying this I picked my phone up. It had a call from an UNKNOWN number. I wondered who it may be.

I picked the phone up.

"Hello, Can I speak to Mr. Zach?" A lady spoke.

"Zach Derrickson with you. May I know who is this?"

"Hello, My name is Rose. I am from Mandarin Oriental in Prague.You have booked a PRESIDENTIAL SUITE with packages today right?"

"Yes I have"

"Sir, I have called to inform you that your payment is going to be refunded"

I was shocked yet confused.

"Can I know the reason please?"

"Sir you are our 1 millionth customer, So we have booked everything for you absolutely FREE OF COST!!"

I was happy, surprised, curious all at the same time.

"Is this a joke or something?"

"No sir, you are a LUCKY WINNER and yes your money has just been refunded to you.

And that very moment my phone vibrated.I understood what it must be.

"In addition to all this we are even providing you with a tour guide ABSOLUTELY FREE!"

"Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it."

"Its our pleasure sir"

Saying this she hung the phone.

Zoe was looking at me in a very strange way.

I told her everything.

"That is great news!!" she screamed.

"Yeah it sure is!!"
