Chapter 7

Annie pov

3 days later. It's the day I come home today. I finally get to see everyone! I can't wait! Right now the doctor is getting my casts ready for me, and getting my crutches ready. I am just sitting on the hospital bed eating breakfast. After breakfast, they got me up for the first time and I couldn't balance for a little bit, then I did. So I am walking out to the lobby with my crutches and casts. I see everyone(Katie, Ryan, Brennan, Mrs. Jill, and my family) in the lobby. They are fast! They cheered for me and I bowed for the fun of it. Mommy hugged me, Hayley hugged me, daddy hugged me, and everyone else. We walked out to the car. It was a beautiful sunny day! Maybe I'll just jump on the trampoline...oh wait, I can't. I sigh. "You ok Annie?" Mommy asked. "Yes, but I want to jump on the trampoline today." "Oh sweetie, it will be fine, you just need some more rest." "Ok." I said. I hopped in the car next to Brennan and Katie. "How are you feeling Annie?" Brennan asked. "Fine I guess, I just want to do normal things right now." "I know, it's tough, come hear." I lean on Brennan for a bit. Katie was giggling. "What's so funny Katie?" I asked as I was getting up from Brennan. "Oh nothing, but you two are just adorable together." "Ok." I giggled. Now we are home inside on the couch. I am eating some snacks and catching up on some school. It's been awhile sorta. I feel hands on my shoulder, Brennan. I smile and look up. Brennan is smiling and looking at me. He leans in for a kiss. I missed the feeling. The feeling of love and kissing him. Now I have to get back to school though ugh.(time pass) After all that hours of school, I'm finally done. I am trying to find Brennan right now. All of a sudden, I bump into him and he catches me. We smile. "Hi Brennan." "Hi Annie." "I missed you so much." "Me too, and I got you a surprise." I gasped. "What is it?" "We have to see, here, put this blind fold on." He throws it to me. I put it on and he guided me to where we had to go. "Take it off." He said. I took it off to see we are outside and there was a table and decorations set up. "Awe, Brennan, you shouldn't have!" I gasped. "Nah." He said. "There is something else too, look behind you." I looked behind me. *gasp* "A PUPPY!!!" "Thanks you Brennan!" "No prob, do you like it?" "No...I love it!" He sighed in relief. "I'm glad you love it." "Why wouldn't I?" "I dunno" he laughed. I joined in the laughter. "Ok, let's show everyone!" I said. "Ok." Brennan says. We walked back into the house. "Look everyone! I got a puppy!!!" "YAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY!" They shouted. Everyone huddled to me and the puppy. For some reason, Brennan looked down. I am going to talk to him once everybody petted the puppy and held the puppy. Once everybody was done, I went over to Brennan with the puppy. "What's wrong Brennan? You look upset." "Ok, I am just worried that you are going to love the puppy more than me, and get sidetracked with the puppy, and have no time with me anymore." I looked at him with a look of surprise on my face. "Brennan, you know that is not true, and I will always love you, but I can spend time with the puppy too. I just got the puppy, and it needs some attention and love. I love the puppy just like I love you Brennan." "Wow, that's sweet Annie. Thank you for telling me." "No prob, come on, let's go upstairs to my room. We walked upstairs and saw Hayley blocking our way. "Hayley, can you please move?" I said sweetly. "Ok Annie." I gave her a hug, and she hugged me back. Then she went downstairs with everyone. Brennan and I continued walking to my room. We walked into my room and sat down on my bed. We talked for 2 hours about how to take care of the puppy. After that, we went to bed sleeping on each other.

I woke up with the sun glaring in my eyes. Brennan was still sleeping, so I quietly walked downstairs to see Kate up too. "Hey Katie." "Hey Ans." "How is your leg today?" She asked concerned. "Uh..it's better I guess." "Well that's good." I smile. "Yeah." I say. "Yeah." She smiles back. "Let's eat some breakfast." "Yeah, I'm starving!" She giggles. I giggle too. Pretty soon after breakfast, everyone else got up and saw us watching tv. "Hey, did you girls have breakfast already?" Caleb asked. "Yeah." We both say at the same time. "Wow, it's only..." He checked his watch. "It's only 9:00!" "Wow, I guess they like to wake up early huh?"Asked Brennan. But before Caleb could say yes, I said yes before him quickly. "Yes!" Brennan smiled at me. I smile back at him. "Since you two had breakfast already, we are going to have our breakfast now." Caleb said. "Ok." I said. "Okie dokie" Katie said. While they ate, we were continuing to watch tv. After they were done, they watched tv with us. Brennan was coming over to me and just kissed me. He couldn't resist I guess. I couldn't either! His soft lips are like little pillows!

Tonight, we are having a party at our house! So we are decorating and setting up the party now. After we were all done, it was just in time because everybody was getting here. First, Katie's family got here. Then, it was Liv's family who arrived next. The last ones to get here was Paige! And mum!(my grandma) It was all going pretty good until I saw Brennan flirting with Liv. I tried to contain myself, but I decided to give them more time and investigate. I was looking at them in my hiding place. He laughed and Liv laughed. Is that a sign he likes her? I saw them get closer to each other like a magnet. Then they...they kissed!!! What! How could he do this to me? Cheat on me? Nuh uh. I went over there with an angry look on my face. "BRENNAN!" I yelled. Brennan looked surprised when I got to where he was. "Uh...this is not what it looks like Ans." I looked at him with a serious look. "Oh, I think it is what it looks like. How could you do this to me?" I shed a tear. "Ans, I still love you." "Don't Ans me mister, looks like you have a new girlfriend!" I shout. "Ans, I'm sor--" I cut him off. "NO! I'm done with you Brennan." I shout. I calmed down and said, "Look, I'm sorry, but you have a new girlfriend. I'm dumping you, but now you have Liv so goodbye." I cried. I hugged Liv. "Sorry about that Liv, have Brennan, I don't need him anymore." "It's ok, you will find another boy. Thank you for letting me have Brennan Ans." "Yeah, thanks Liv, this is why your my best friend." "No prob, and thank you too, you are a good friend." We hug each other and then I walk away. I ran to mom and hugged her tight. She looked confused. "What's the matter sweetie?"
