Chapter 13

A week later. I woke up to be in Brennan's room. Buzz. My phone buzzed. I picked it up and I got a text message from Liv. I know about your dirty little secret Annie. How could you do this to me? Why wouldn't you tell me? I thought Brennan was mine, but it looks like he is your toy now. Good luck Annie, something bad is about to happen tomorrow. I was speechless. I couldn't believe what she said! Even the fact she said something bad is about to happen tomorrow. 😬 I was scared. I was shaking. I was shaking a little to hard because Brennan woke up. "What's wrong Annie? Your shaking!" Brennan came closer and had his arms around me. I felt protected. He's awesome. I smiled. He smiled back must knowing I was better. "So, what's wrong? What shook ya?" He asked. "Well...I got a text message from Liv. Here, read it." I said giving him my phone with the text message up. He had shocked look on his face. "Why would she do that?" I sighed. "Well, I did something wrong. I understand. I gave you to Liv when I was mad. She was happy with it, then we hooked up again and I didn't tell her so she must've found out now. I messed up big, but I love you, I'll never get rid of you" "She'll get over it. Don't be scared, and if she does do something to you tomorrow, forget about it, you got me." He smiled. I smiled back. "Thanks Brennan." I leaned over for a kiss. My phone buzzed. It was mom. Hey sweetie, I'm going to pick you up in half an hour, be ready by then. Love you❤️ I was surprised by the time passing. I looked at the clock. It was 4:30! Time flys by when your having fun they say. "It's already 4:30." I said. "It is?" Brennan asked. I laughed. "Yeah." "Time flys by when I'm with you." He smiles. That was a new one. I smile back. Pretty soon my mom got here. I heard the car door shut. "My mom's here, I better go." "Wait!" He says. "You forgot something." "What?" "This." He leaned in and kissed me. I smile and he smiles. The door bell rings. "We better go downstairs." "Yeah we should. He says. We head downstairs and opened the door. "Hi mom." "Hi sweetie." She smiles. "Hi Brennan, how are you?" She asked. "I'm good." He said smiling. "Good." "Come on Annie, time to go home." "Ok, bye Brennan." I said smiling. "Bye." He says back smiling.

The next day I woke up with Hayley in my bed. I looked at my clock. It was 10:00. I slept in. Hayley was still asleep. I decided to quietly go downstairs. The dogs wag their tails once I walked into the living room. I smile. "Hi Piper." I pet her. "Hi GG" I pet her as well. "Last but not least, hi Winnie!" I pet her. My dad came in. The dogs went straight to him. "Hi babies." He baby talked. "Hey Annie, what you want for breakfast?" I thought about it. "I want mini pancakes please." He smiles. "Syrup?" "Yes please." He walks over to the kitchen and gets started. I had to go to gymnastics for a 5 hour practice at 12:00. ++ I checked the time. 11:30. "Mom, we should go to gymnastics now." I said walking into her room. She was vloging. She pointed the camera on me. I smiled. "Hey guys." "We should be going." "Yeah." She pointed it back to her. "We'll see you guys probably at gymnastics." She says to the camera. She closed it. "Let's roll." She says. When we got to gymnastics, I saw Liv planing something with her friends. I hid and listened. "So when you see Annie out of the white of your eye, greet her right away and I'm going to-  "Hey sweetie come out of there and go to your locker and get ready." She giggles. "Ok." I was nervous. Just pretend they're not there. I walked confidently to my lockers when, they saw me. They came straight for me. I ran to my locker. They ran to my locker too. "Hi, what do you want from me?" I asked crying. They looked at each other. "Don't cry Annie, we just wanted to say hi." "Ok." I knew what was going to happen next with Liv. "Let's just go into the store for now." They motioned me. I took a deep breath and walked with them to the store. I was so scared. "SURPRISE!" I got startled. "Wha-what's going on Liv?" She smiles and walks over to me. "Didn't you know it was your birthday silly?" I looked around. I saw a cake that said happy birthday Annie. It all came back to me, I totally forgot it was my birthday! "I forgot it was my birthday! Thank you Liv!" She smiles. "What did you think today was?" She laughed. "I thought it was going to be the most scariest day of my life." I laugh as well. "Oh right! The text message... that was just to scare you into coming into the store with my friends." She laughed. "I'm sorry Annie I could've done better, like not scaring you." I smile. "It's ok." "Anyways, let's get this party started!" Liv says in excitement. "Hold up!" My coach Mary said. "Annie, you have practice, you were supposed to be in the gym five minutes ago and stretching." "Oh right! Sorry Liv, I have to go to gym, we can have the party after I am done." I said. "Ok." I walk back to my locker and get ready. I went over where my team mates were. I will invite them to my surprise party. After practice was done, Coach Mary decided to have a team meeting. After the team meeting, me and my teammates went to the party in the store. I texted my mom. It's my Birthday! I totally forgot. We're having a party in the store. See ya when you get here. I sent it. "I'm already here." I heard someone say behind me. I turned around. "Hi mom!" "You knew too?" She laughs. "Of course! I wouldn't forget my sweet little angel's big day." She said. I smile. "Guess who else is here." "Who?" She moved so Brennan can come to me. "Brennan!" I kissed him right away not caring if everyone was staring. We partied all night.
