The healing

3 weeks later

It's been forever since I visited Brennan at the hospital. I miss him sooooo much. I wish he will get better fast. I cry myself to sleep every night. My heart aches really bad. Ring ring My phone was ringing. I picked it up. "Hello?" I said in question. "Hello, is this Annie?" The voice asked. "Yeah." I said in confusion. "Great! I need you to meet me in the rose garden at 7:00 p.m, got it?" My heart raced. I don't know who this caller is. What should I do? Who is the caller? I guess the only choice is to go and find out myself. "Got it, but-" I got cut off. "Great! See you there!" The phone call ended there. I sighed. I guess I will have to find out myself.

I'm in Science class with Clara. I whisper to her, "Hey, I need to tell you something after class." Clara had a confused face. "Ok." She whispered back.

After class

The bell rang. Finally I thought. Me and Clara walked out of class together. We went to my locker. "So, what did you need to tell me?" She asked. "There is this caller that I have no idea who it is, the caller wants me to meet her or he at 7:00 p.m in the rose garden. Before I could ask who the caller was, the caller hung up. I thought, I could find out myself I guess. Is it safe? What do I do?" Clara stared at me blankly. "I wouldn't go if I were you. What if it's the guy who injured Brennan?" My heart sunk. It ached. The sound of those words left me in sorrow. It's alright, focus on what's happening now. I thought. "I don't know, maybe I should go, I could find out why he did it, maybe call the police or maybe the caller is a nice girl or boy. I don't know what will happen, but I'm determined to find out who this caller is and what will happen." I said. "Ok...don't say I didn't warn you." Clara said. We walked to our next class.

The rose garden

It's 6:38. Almost time... I get ready too see who this caller really is. I go outside, it's  7:00. I walk to the rose garden. My heart was racing. What if it really is the guy who injured Brennan? I thought with fear. I took a deep breath. I walked in the entrance. I saw a person sitting on a bench. I walked closer. "Hey, I'm here. Who are you?" I asked. The person turned around. My heart skipped a beat. I was excited inside. I was breathless. I couldn't speak for a whole minute.   Brennan!!!
