Chewing the eraser off of her pencil, Theodora glared angrily down at the math equations scribbled out on the lined page.
She'd spent the last fifteen minutes on this one problem and, now, it was only making her angrier and angrier with each passing moment.
It didn't help that she couldn't get her mind off of one spectacular boy with the most incredible hazel eyes in the entire galaxy. He had it all and she wanted it all. God, just the thought of him was enough to make her blush ever so slightly.
Flipping the page of her notebook, she began scribbling thoughts as they came to her.
I think about you in math class. God knows I can't concentrate on infinite systems and polyhedrons. I wonder what you taste like and how you sound first thing in the morning. I wonder if you think of me and what we didn't and don't have.
It came out in a flourish and she reread it a few times after it was written down.
Nodding to herself, she flipped back to her math and could work again.
Guess she had to get her feelings out in the open to fully commit herself to her homework.
Nevertheless, all while the hazel-eyed girl solved equations, Paul ran around in the back of her mind.
She was never getting him out, was she?
