When Mason's mom leaves we all jump on the couch and Jonathan puts on a movie.

"So what exactly are we watching? Because I know you guys don't have any kid movies." Patrick says grabbing his backpack.

"Here put this on." Patrick says handing us one of the Star Wars movies.

"Star Wars!" Mason says clapping. I smile and Jonathan puts on the movie.

The next day I wake up with Mason on my lap, me leaning on Jonathan's shoulder, and Patrick leaning against me.

I slowly stretch out my legs and Jonathan turns to me. "You okay?" He asks. I nod and yawn.

"Here I'll take him." Jonathan says taking Mason from my lap. I stand up as the doorbell rings and Jonathan volunteers to answer it, but I wanted to get a good stretch.

I open the door and widen my eyes at the sight of Frank and a woman.

"Who is it!" Jonathan yells.

"Come here!" I yell.

"F-Frank what are you doing here?" I ask. "Well, he said you were willing to adopt him." The woman says.

I raise my eyebrows and Frank smiles.

"What's going on?" Jonathan asks fixing Mason in his arms.

"Remember that boy I talked about? The one I met after my mom died?" I ask. Jonathan nods and points to Frank. "Yes." I say.

"So? Let them come in." Jonathan says letting them in.

"So you want to adopt Frank?" The woman asks.

Jonathan widens his eyes almost dropping Mason.

"Oh sorry my name is Beatrice Wesley." She says. Jonathan shakes her hand and I try to.

"You guys have three months before Frank gets sent to a foster home." Beatrice says.

Frank frowns and we nod before they leave.

"Why the hell do they think we wanna adopt a kid?" Jonathan asks. "I don't know, maybe he got my words mixed up." I say.

Jonathan sighs and fixes Mason in his arms. "I feel bad letting the kid down. He looked so happy when he saw us." Jonathan says. "Jonathan we don't have time for a kid. I mean you have hockey games, practices, and training. I have shows, more photography to take, and soon I'll be traveling." I say sadly.

"Let's think about it okay?" He asks before walking to the living room.

I nod and begin to try to make breakfast. "What do you think you're doing?" Jonathan asks when I use one of my crutches to get the pancake mix.

"Getting the pancake mix duh." I say. "No, you go sit down with Mason, and I'll make breakfast." Jonathan says. I sigh and hop over to the living room where Patrick is still sleeping and Mason is giggling as he pokes Patrick's face.

"Mason." I say laughing. He smiles and I turn on the tv before sitting down.

"Jonathan's your husband? That's not fair." Mason says.

"Why not?" I ask laughing. "Because what if I wanted to marry you." Mason says.

"Your too little." I say. "You can wait till I'm big and strong like Jonathan." Mason says smiling.

I smile shaking my head.

"Your a flirt." I say sitting him on my lap.

When Mason gets picked up we all say goodbye.

"We don't have a game today." Patrick says. I nod and yawn.

"Your tired?" Jonathan asks. I nod and he chuckles. "Why don't you go upstairs and sleep." He says. I nod and he smiles picking me up.

I wake up a couple hours later and hear the boys downstairs talking.

I try my best to go downstairs, but end up calling one of the boys to help me.

"You hungry? We ordered pizza." Patrick says. I shake my head and he nods grabbing another slice.

"Your sisters are coming over. They want to check up on you." Jonathan says. "Why? What about Sam?" I ask.

"He's out of town. He went to New York." Jonathan says. I nod sitting down on the couch.

"We don't have a game tomorrow, but we have practice. Do you mind staying with Marián?" Jonathan asks.

"I don't have a choice do I?" I ask. Jonathan shakes his head laughing.

I smile and shrug. "That should be fine." I say turning to the tv to see them watching The Outsiders.

"Hey! Why didn't you guys wake me up? This is my favorite movie." I say. "Sorry, we wanted you to get some sleep." Patrick says putting his hands up.

I smile shaking my head. Johnny and Dally were in the hospital now and Ponyboy finally saw his brothers for the first time after Johnny killed that soc.

"Who's your favorite?" Jonathan asks. "I have to say Johnny or Ponyboy." I say.  "Why?" Jonathan asks. "I don't know they seem different from the others." I say shrugging as Jonathan puts his hand on my thigh.

He nods and I smile as the three brothers hug each other. I have to say the book was better than the movie. That's in my opinion though.

"What's wrong?" Patrick asks as I stay quiet. "Nothing." I say shaking my head. Patrick nods and grabs his belongings. "I better get on my way. Keilani is probably home now." Patrick says checking his watch. "Keilani? Who's the girl Kaner?" Jonathan asks. "She's the new team doctor." Patrick says.

"Oh ya I've heard about her. Michelle used to be friends with her when she lived in LA." I say. Patrick nods and I smirk.

"You do know her last name right?" I ask laughing. "No why?" Patrick asks. "Keilani Jane Quick." I say chuckling. "As in Jonathan Quick?" He asks. "Yup." I say nodding.

Patrick groans and I smile. "Good luck meeting the family." I say as he slips on his backpack. "Your evil. You know that?" Patrick asks grabbing his jacket. I smile and Jonathan laughs. "Her middle name is Jane? So if she got married to Kaner it would be Keilani Jane Kane." Jonathan says smiling.

I laugh and Patrick flips us off before leaving.
