I listen quietly as she sings her song,
one of which does not last long,
Though the clouds devour the night sky, The Moon has never left my side,
guiding my way through the darkness,
leading my heart to the lost land of sweet bliss and happiness,

My thought process is changing,
As this sense of prosperity she's awakened dances in my mind,
twirling and teaching my thoughts to be kind, caressing thoughts that were lost long ago,
~~~
I stay on the path as the sun gently kisses the sky, and the moon says it's temporary goodbye,
my mind is coming to a rest as her sweet morning breeze vanquishes my twisted thoughts,
I'll continue down the winding path as prodigious rays of sunshine trickle through the leafs,
I'll leave my mind in the ever capable hands of the trees.
