On a happy day
The sunshine outshines the grey,
This smile on my face holds no shame
My laughter is smothering my pain,
Constently reminded I'm not alone
The lights are off because nobody's home
My depression and I each take the stand,
I slowly ease myself out of it's hand,
When it leaves I'll still be standing tall,
My expression tells it all
My life story as you expected is all about me being rejected
But this is my empire
This is my crown
This is my fucking world and I suggest you stay out.
