Ninjago Love Story

Chapter 4: The Battle

Turns out that Jay had a turn of heart. He was happy to be outside, "Ok guys, what should we do first?" They went into thinking, it really didn't come to mind WHAT they were going to do out there. It was pretty much saying let's go to the park and not having any equipment.
Jay frowned, "Don't tell me that I got all pumped up for nothing." Jay was now having second thoughts for even coming out there.
Kai said, "We could do some training." Cole thought it was a horrible idea. He went over to Kai and said, "Um, no. This is a break till something evil and maybe life threatening happens. We've trained much already. I want to spend it well, that's when I go play video games."
    "I know. I didn't really have anything."
Zane then suggested, "Why don't we do something that we can do..um..I think I'm having a blockage."
They all sighed, and Jay was getting upset, "Seriously, guys? We are ninjas. This should be a piece of cake!"
Cole then said appearing to be irritated with Jay also upset that there wasn't any cake, "I don't see you coming up with anything."
     "Me either, grump stump."
     "Grump stump?! What the heck is that?"
     "Something,..I'm not telling you." Kai stared at them as they were fighting and sighed, 'Will they ever not argue?' Kai then had an idea. He then ran inside, grabbed a glass of water on the table, and ran outside and yelled, "You guys really need to cool off!" He then threw the water up in the air towards Jay and Cole, and it descended on their heads.
They both yelled out, "Hey!" Lloyd looked at them and realized what Kai was doing. He also ran inside, grabbed something, and he ran back out. Lloyd jumped on top of one of the platforms, and raised a water balloon in the air and yelled, "Water fight!"
He then threw it at Zane who fell to the ground with the gravity of the balloon, he stood up and yelled out playfully, "I'll get you for that, Lloyd!"
Jay then yelled, "I going to get all of you!"

So then they all ran inside to fill up water balloons including something to hold them all. They all ran back with their ammo and hid in a hiding spot. It was silent for a few minutes, but Cole was the first one to charge. He threw it at Kai who also tossed one back, "Ha, you think you can take me?" Someone threw one from behind him.
It was Zane. "Yes, yes I do." Kai groaned. He hated when they did that kind of stuff. Lloyd ran around them and hid in a bush for cover and looked at his surroundings. Jay was the closest to him so he threw the balloon as hard as he could and naturally it hit him in the head. He yelled, "Ow! Hey!"
And then threw one towards Lloyd but missed.
Lloyd laughed and said, "Missed me!"
     "Oh, not for long!"
He ran after Lloyd who was running in a not-so-straight line. Lloyd made sure he was not going to be easy to get to. Kai suddenly ran in front of him. Lloyd, startled, stopped in his tracks had to maneuver around. Unfortunately, it didn't work so well. As he was turning, Zane was already going towards him and they almost collided in with each other. So Lloyd had to also move away from him. But then Jay threw one right at Lloyd, missed again but hit Zane.
Jay shouted, "Darn it!"
Zane looked at Jay and said, "You are not the one who just got soaked."
Kai then yelled, "Eat this!" He threw another water balloon at Lloyd. Lloyd turned to see it flying towards him.

Without hesitation, he ducked and the balloon hit Cole.
Cole wiped the water from his face and said, "Heh, that would have been a lot cooler if it was cake." Cole has a thing for cake, if you haven't noticed. Lloyd was then surrounded by the ninja.
Jay made a suggestion, "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if it were all of us against the Green Ninja?"
Zane replied brightly, "That sounds exhilarating."
Lloyd smiled, "That seems fine, if you guys think you can beat me." Lloyd sounded too confident to Kai. "Um, it's four against one. I'd say, we already know."
Cole then yelled, "Let's go ninja!"
The four all yelled, "Ninja Go!" They spun and started throwing water balloons at their opponent.
Lloyd gasped and also yelled, "Ninja Go!" and spun around.
While he did that, the water balloons ricocheted off him and on to the ninja. Then they all stopped spinning and Kai, Jay, Zane, and Cole all groaned as the water splashed onto them.
Zane said to them, "This is a lot harder then I calculated."
Lloyd then asked boldly, "Ready to give up?"
Cole yelled to him, "You wish." He turned to his team a little less hopeful, "Any ideas?"
Jay sat on the ground, into a ball, and rocked back and forth, "I say we surrender. We are doomed I tell you, DOOMED!"
The three just looked at each other. Zane asked Jay, "You know this is just for fun, right?" Jay looked up at them and was about to laugh, "Uh, Yeh. I just adding a bit of humor that's all."
Kai was getting a little frustrated, "Come on guys, it's just one guy."

Kai looked around to see if they could use something, anything. He then realized where they were. "It's gonna be hard for him to dodge when he doesn't see us coming." They then smiled at the idea.

Lloyd looked at them and asked, "Are you guys ready to face me?"
Zane answered for them, "Not exactly." He suddenly through a water balloon at him and Lloyd quickly dodged it. When he looked up, they disappeared, "Huh?"

Lloyd spun around and didn't see a trace of the ninja. He was now confused and not sure what to do next. Then suddenly a water balloon came out of nowhere and almost hit his hand. Lloyd gasped as he stared at the remains of the water balloon. Then another one came towards him and he jumped over it. One after another, the balloons went after Lloyd as if he was the target. Reluctantly, Lloyd managed to duck, roll, and dodge the balloons.

Jay was getting again frustrated, "Ok, I had enough laying low! I'm going to get you!"
Kai, Zane, and Cole all shouted to Jay, "No!"
Then Jay started firing out at Lloyd and he tried running away and then found somewhere to hide. Jay looked into his bag. He only had one water balloon left, and he had Lloyd cornered in front of the door. "Say goodbye, Lloyd!"
    "Hey guys, I-"
Suddenly, Jay through a water balloon at Lloyd. Lloyd then did a back bend and the balloon went past him, and splashed Nya in the face.
The ninja gasped in fear as Nya stared angrily at them.
Jay quietly said, "Oops.."
Nya then said, soaked in water, "I just came out here to ask if you guys could help me bake some cookies for the Ninjago City bake sale."
Cole then said, "We'd be happy to help, Nya."
Jay was in envy of Cole and Nya's relationship and quickly said, "Yep, me too."
Nya put on her usually happy smile, "Great. I need all the hands I can get." They all walked inside.
"Hey," Nya started then throwing a pile of towels to them, "Dry off."
So the ninja all dried off about to leave a wet battlefield.

Jay: Lloyd Cheated!
Lloyd: No I didn't!
Jay: He couldn't have dodged all those throws!
Kai: You aren't really good at throwing, Jay.
Zane: Remember Baseball season?
*All but Jay shiver*
Jay: Hey I had a lot of butter on my hands is all!
Nya: It's ok Jay. *puts hand on his shoulder*
Jay: *Blushes* Uh y-yeh! Totally uhh ok!
Cole: That calmed him down..*rolls eyes*
Me: That comment didn't.
Jay: Why you!
*Jay chases after Cole*
