Chapter 1: The waiting home

"Dax's POV"

I was walking home with my brother thinking about life when he asked me something odd.

"What do you think about joining a magic guild?" he asked.

"It would definitely be a change in pace." I said with a smirk.

"Let's do it." he said excitedly.

"But what guild should we join?" I asked while laughing.

"I know exactly which one," he said calmly, "we should join Fairy Tail."

"You think we should join the number one guild in Fiore?" I asked surprised

"Yes," he exclaimed, "they're always accepting new members."

"Ok," I said, "then we better get home and pack."

"Awesome" he yelled and ran off.

"Wait for me!" I yelled and ran after him.

Just like that we were off.

<<<one week later>>>

"Ban's POV"

We were half way to Magnolia when we decided to stop in the town of Mayberry.

"Let's find a place to eat." I said as I poked my brother in the back.

"First we need to find an inn to stay at," he said, "then we can eat."

"Ok," I said sadly, "that makes since I guess."

We found an inn and got a room, as we walked to our room we turned a corner and my brother ran into someone.

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry," he said, "are you ok?"

"I'm fine," she said while getting up, " listen buddy you need to watch where you're go..." she froze when she saw his face.

"Ugly isn't he." I said with a smirk.

"Not funny dude." he said angrily

"Asuna what are you doing." a girl called out then she ran over to us.

"Oh hi who are you?" she asked

Before we could say anything the other girl dragged her away.

"I need to talk to you privately!" the other girl yelled.

"Wait right there please." she said.

So we waited.

"Asuna's POV"

"That guy is so cute." I thought while dragging Elaine away.

"What is it?" Elaine asked and I stopped dragging her.

"I think we should ask those boys to eat with us." I said shakily.

"That's a great idea," she said, "but we should ask them their names first."

"Of course," I said, "you never know they might even be heading to the same place as us."

"Yeah." she agreed.

"I sure hope so anyway." I thought.

We walked back over to them.

"So what are your names?" Elaine asked.

"I'm Dax Drakor and this is my brother Ban Drakor."
the cute one said.

"What are your names?" Ban asked curiously.

"Well i'm Elaine Fairchild and this is my best friend Asuna Kiosky." she said.

"Asuna, that's a beautiful name." Dax said.

He was blushing extremely.

"Thank you," I said shyly, "we were wondering if you would like to join us for lunch."

"We would love to." Ban said

"Ok," Elaine said," then let's head that way."

After lunch we all decided to have a little talk so we could get to know each other better.

"So where are you guys heading?" I asked curiously.

"We're on our way to Magnolia," Ban said," to join the Fairy Tail guild."

"What a surprise," Elaine exclaimed, "so are we!"

"Oh really," Dax said, "what magic do you two use."

"I use ice make magic." I said excitedly.

"I use guns magic!" Elaine exclaimed as she set two revolvers on the table.

"What about you two?" I asked.

"I use shadow magic." Ban said proudly.

"And I use ice dragon slayer magic." Dax said rather unenthusiasticly.

"That's freaking awesome!" Elaine exclaimed.

"Why thank you." Ban said while Dax shrugged.

"Maybe you two could join us and we could finish the trip together?" I asked

"Yes." Dax said immediately while blushing a deep red.

"He is so cute when he's blushing." I thought.

"So it's decided then," Ban said smiling, "we'll meet you girls here tomorrow at 8:00 a.m."

And with that we walked to our rooms and said goodnight to each other.

"You liiiiike him." Elaine said after I closed the door.

"N...No I don't." I yelled and threw my jacket at her she dodged it.

"Dax's POV"

"You liiiiike her." Ban whispered in my ear as if he was afraid they would hear him.

"N......No I d..don't!" I exclaimed as I went to take a shower.

"Sure." he said sarcastically.

"Just go to bed." I said and he did.

After I got out of the shower I got in bed.

"I wonder if she likes me?" I thought as I fell asleep.
