"Wally?" Blue speaks softly at the familiar figure before him.

"Jaime?" Wally turns away from his calming view of the ocean. "What are you doing here?"

"We've all been looking for you." Jaime takes a seat on the sand bed beside Wally.

Wally falls silent and returns to gazing into the waters before him.

"This is such a beautiful place to be, hermano." Blue begins to take off his armor, revealing his body.

"Jaime, put a shirt on." Wally laughs and shakes his head.

"Sorry, didn't bring one ese, Bart rushed me." He giggles.

They both stare into the dark shiny waters. "This place is amazing at night." Wally speaks.

"Yeah, It is. It was special when we went here on our first dates with my Impulse and your Nightwing." Jaime mentions their hero names. "Too bad I attacked something in the water and ruined that night." He puts in.

"You we're concerned for not only Bart's safety, but mine and Dick's too." Wally pats Jaime on the back.

"So why are you here?" Wally pauses and asks a different question. "Why are you all looking for me?"

"We have something to show you, and the some of team have some... questions to ask." Jaime answers trying to look for the righy words to say.

"What kind of... questions?" Wally asks.

"That can wait. Bruce needs to show you something, something about Dick." Jaime says with disappointment.

"Oh you found him." Artemis sighs in relief.

"Artemis?" Wally confused to see her. "Why did they send you to look for me?"

"Long story." Artemis answers. "Take him back to Batman, I'll head back to the tower, and help the others with their 'dilemma'." She adds and leaves the two.

"Ummm, I never agreed to go anywhere." Wally sits back down and gazes into the water.

"Oh, for god's sake." Artemis storms away. "He's hopeless."

Jaime returns to take a seat by Wally on the sand bed and rejoins him staring at the horizon.

"Wally, I know you don't believe us." Wally gives him a 'no shit' look. "Look, I love Impulse, maybe just as much as you do since after all, he's your cousin."

"Of course I care for him, yes he is after all, family." Wally replies.

"So your job is to make sure that he's safe, secure and happy?" Jaime interrogates

"I guess..."

"Then hear me out." Wally turns his body to face Wally's. "I love Bart so much that I solemnly swore to make sure that every day when he wakes up from his sleep, he is safe and happy and makes it back to that same bed he wakes from everyday."

Wally looks at Jaime with pride. He is proud of him.

"Right now, Bart isn't happy knowing that your partner isn't who he says he is. He cares for you Wally, so I must care for you too. WE are family."

Wally looks down, defeated but convinced by Jaime's words. "Fine, I'll just go to see what Batman needs to show me."

Jaime smiles and helps Wally up from the sand. Jaime offers a lift, but Wally declines. "I'll just meet you there, thanks."

Jaime suits up and Wally places himself in a sprinting stance. They both agree to take separate ways to the Wayne manor to meet Batman. Jaime flies off and Walky zooms.
