Chapter Twenty

Misao:

As aggravated and pissed as I was, I knew going back to lure land was no an option. That damn mutt took one of my eyes, and murdered half of my alphas. He's standing in the way of me, my mate, and my precious pups. Sure the pups didn't come from my end, but they're still mine, and that asshole doesn't deserve to have a mate like Neko. Did I take him for granted? Absolutly, but I never intended to hurt him the way I did. Neko is the love of my life, he was there when no one else was, always knew just what to say....
Never judged me for my temper...I miss that, he needs to come back to where he belongs.

Not with that filthy mutt in the way. Though I have found some happiness, my true mate finally revealed herself to me....Lucy. She's a scrawny but very strong Omega, and never has doubted me. She understands my feelings for Neko and is willing to help me bring him and our pups back. I'm awaiting the day till my gorgeous mate births our pups....and once thy day comes, I'll be ready for my family to come home.

Roman:

It seemed as though time had passed by severely slow. Almost as if time had stopped for us to recollect ourselves, especially for me and Neko. It's almost time for the pups to be here, I've never felt so nerves in my life , Neko's been unusually calm about it. But for me it's been a bit of a nightmare, my mothers been nagging me down for the past month about how I need to be more assertive, and if not my daughters are going to walk all over me in the near future, not to put certain parts on the new cribs Nimex bought but I put them together anyways, and not to have a panic attack while their being delivered since my father fainted during my birth.

"Mom please, I've got this. You don't need to tell me another time" I almost snapped. She squinted at me, in a serious, kind of agitated  kind of way, "Roman Alexander Shion, I have raised you to be responsible and organized, and this room is not organized! I can't believe you and Neko have been sleeping in this mess!". I sighed, we've been at this for 2 hours already.

Dad groaned "Tsubaki, will you stop hounding our son? Jesus. Neko is in a safe environment, this will do just fine."

"Well these are our first grandchildren, goddess forbid I only want the best for them." Mom muttered walking out. I laughed to myself and my father soon followed suit, after picking up the bedroom I headed downstairs. I caught the sight of Neko's blond hair resting on his mothers shoulder, she was stroking his head humming to him. He must be a bit worn out from all the check ups he's had, "how is he?" I asked. Iumi smiled at me "mm better. Just really tired".  I nodded in response sitting beside her, Neko's face was so calm looking. His adorable face hidden under his mothers chin, I couldn't help but grin.

"Are you nerves?"

"Huh?"

"About the twins I mean" she said.

I breathed in nervesly "a bit...yeah. They're my first". She smiled and nodded "I expected as much. But don't worry, once they come into the world you Almost instantly know what to do. Neko's my last baby...so I could say I had more experience, but to be honest I wasn't expecting to have him...Neko came as a surprise. So you see Roman, no ones really ready, so once you lay your eyes on these beautiful girls it'll all come to you".

"Thank you...thank you so much" I replied.

"You're welcome sweetheart"

She was right. My girls deserve the best, and I'll know what to do. And I'll give them the best, no more worrying....
