RENESMEE'S P.O.V
Three weeks later.
The past three weeks have gone by in a blur, I never knew how much I misses my family until I saw them again.
The past few weeks nobody had mentioned Italy or the Volturi, at least I know the reason why.
Jacob hasn't left my side since I came back, he won't let me out of his eyesight. Luckily Sam gave him a few weeks off patrol. You would think his never ending attachment is annoying but I am overjoyed that I get to spend so much time with him. He is always touching me in some way, from holding my hand to hugging me, we are always connected.
My family have also been very close, I would spend a day with each of them, including the pack.
Rose and Alice took me shopping- of course.
Jasper and Emmett took me paint balling.
Carlisle and Esme took me bowling with the rest of my family.
The guys took me to the movie theatre to watch a horror film- thanks to them I was kicked out for screaming too much.
I still haven't come across the vampire I changed in Volterra, but I have a gut feeling I will bump into her one day.
With the help from overdoses of animal blood, my eyes have gone back to the usual dark brown colour, I can tell it has eased Jacob a little bit to not have to look into such a horrific colour of eyes.
Daddy and momma have agreed Jacob to sleep in the same bed as me,
only for sleep though.
The only reason they obliged is because of my nightmares.
They started a few days after I settled back at home, just when I thought that I might be able to forget the memories of my time with the Volturi and continue my life without fear; scary dreams enter my head every night.
One of my nightmares was of Aro and the guard coming here and killing my family, another of them kidnapping me, one of Alec killing Jake and finally my parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and Jake leaving me because of what I did.
Every dream is slightly different, but they are the four main story lines. Whatever nightmare I have of them I always end up shooting ajar from my sleeping stance in the middle of the night and start crying, waking Jacob in the process.
Flashback
"No" I sob in the forest as I look around me. My family lie headless at my feet, their limp bodies burning in fire. The Volturi came to Forks unexpectedly without Alice seeing them come. The people I just got back not three weeks ago limply stay on the floor as orange waves disintegrate their bodies.
Aro slowly approaches my sitting body with an evil grin on his pale face. I look up at him with anger clear in my eyes.
"Renesmee, I think you should meet someone who you know very well." Aro clicks his fingers as a girl appears from behind him.
"Nessie, meet Cassidy."
The girl has long straight blonde hair, glowing down to her lower back, flawless skin, plump shell pink lips, a tall thin figure with small curves, and bright burgundy eyes.
I continue at stare at the incredibly beautiful woman, feeling like I recognise her but I cannot pinpoint it.
Then realisation hits me, Cassidy- the person right before my very eyes, is the girl I transformed in Volterra.
"You" she snaps at me.
"You killed my mate, you're the reason he is dead. Now you'll pay the price." Venom drips in her voice.
"Cassidy here has a very powerful gift, she can make you do whatever you want without touching you; its a mind gift." Aro explains. I look up to Cassidy to see her smirking at me.
