Chapter V: First Time I Felt Love
Dominic’s POV
I really think I’m the happiest guy right now…
Finally the girl na matagal ko nang palihim na minamahal ay nakasama at nakausap ko na…
And I am courting her right now..parang ang sarap isigaw sa buong mundo na “Thank you Lord!!!!” “I love you Alice Rafffffyyyyyy!!!!!!”
When I was in sophomore year,and she was a freshman..when I first saw her, I was lovestruck… Then I knew that that was love..
At nung nagkabangga kami,after two years that I have waited and prayed na magkakilala kami..’cause I didn’t have the guts to talk to her..laking pasalamat ko nang siya yung nabangga ko…at nung muli kaming nagkita at nilapitan niya ako sa canteen..parang lumulutang ako sa sobrang saya..
And then that day..i didn’t waste any moment..i asked her on a date sa mall..at laking saya ko nang pumayag siyaa..
Nilibre ko siya ng lunch sa mall..pagkatapos nun,naglakad-lakad kami..at napansin kong grabe yung titig niya sa may silver necklace na may letter R…at tiningnan niya yung presyo..napayuko siya at mukhang nalungkot..gusto niya talaga yung necklace na yun..
“Ah Dominic ditto lang ako sa may mga sapatos ha..”
“Cge,cge..may titingnan pa ako dito..”
Umalis muna siya sandali at nagtingin-tingin sa sapatos sa Primma Donna..
Nilapitan at tiningnan ko yung necklace … 575.50php..
Binuksan ko yung wallet ko..
200 na lang pera ko..Pano ko mabibili ‘to?..
“Uh Miss..”
“Yes po sir?what can I do for you?”

at hayun..magtatrabaho muna ako pansamantala bilang janitor sa mall. hindi naman kasi kami masyado ganun ka yaman. ang nanay ko chef sa isang sikat na restaurant ang tatay ko naman assistant sa isang companya. yung sweldo nila tama lang para sa aming tatlo. ako lang naman mag-isa ang anak nila. unico hijo 0:)
so ganun na nga, kinuha ko na yung necklace. may tiwala naman siya sa akin. sa gwapo kong 'to? sus..haha.. :D
Pinasyal ko ang pinakamagandang babae na iniluwal doto sa mundo, at napagod siya kaya umupo muna kami sa isang bench sa mall. Then we talked about random things. ang saya-saya niya kausap. at ang ganda ng tawa niya.
"Ang ganda naman ng tawa mo Raffy"
"Ha? Hahaha..anong maganda dito? parang monster nga yung tawa ko eh..haha! kaloka ka Dominic.."

Right now i want to say and tell what i feel for her... i don't wanna waste any more time..

At binuksan ko ang mallit na box..nakita kong naluluha ang mga mata niya nang makita niyang ito yung gustung-gusto niyang necklace..im very overwhelmed that i make the girl i love happy..it makes my heart beat faster and faster..maybe this is love..and the feeling is great..
"Npansin kong gusto mo 'tong necklace na ito kaya binili ko para sa'yo…I think I like you Raffy, your smile, the way you laugh,your hair, your presence is just so enchanting.. and I want to feel it everyday..alam kong napakabilis lang, pero I’m willing to wait ..even if it lasts forever ..just to prove to you how much you mean to me..how special you are for me..please give me a chance..Raffy,can I court you..? please..”
Awwww..she smiles... :') i want to hold her in my arms.
“Oh, Dominic..thank you very much..you can’t tell how happy I am feeling right now…yes of course you can…”
“Thank you Alice Rafaela Ciriones..i love you..” I whispered to her ear…my heart is beating very fast..
She was crying, there were tears in her eyes..i believe they’re tears of joy..im so happy this very moment that I want time to stop…
When I said ‘I love you’ she didn’t answer..
Maybe she’s not ready…
It’s okay my dear Raffy, I understand….
I’ll prove to her that I will be the person who will always be there for her..i’ll prove to her that I am worth to be his boyfriend…
“I’ll say ‘I love you too’ when I’m ready Dominic…” she said while her face is lying on my shoulders….
“I’ll wait for that Raffy…” I replied..
I mean it Raffy, and I will wait even if it takes forever…
“Thank you ..” :’) she said and we hugged each other warmly and tightly…
