Chapter 5: It's not the end

Lucy POV


After I got changed I ate breakfast with Natsu and Happy, I gave a bit more to Natsu because he has a stomach that puts a pig to shame, I gave happy the last piece of fish I had and I was going to eat that for dinner tonight...all well. I was almost done with my breakfast and I caught my self staring at Natsu, something about him reminds me of something, I still don't know what, Natsu then looked at me and I quickly looked away blushing because it was so awkward.
"W-Well we should get to the guild" I stuttered
"Sure but are you okay your face is a little red" Natsu asked
"Ohh I'm fine it's just a little warm in here" I said quickly
"Okay" replied Natsu
"Aye!" replied Happy also
Natsu, Happy and I walked over to the guild and it was quiet and I was glad the guild isn't that far away. When we entered the guild Levy pounced into my arms.
"Lu-chan you're still awake!" she yelled
"Aha, yes i'm fine Levy-chan, I slept normally" I laughed
Levy sighed in relief
"Thank goodness but do be careful okay" Levy warned
"You worry too much" I smiled 
"No I don't" she pouted
We both laughed and we walked over to Mira and we all talked.

Someones POV????? 


Damn It I was so close, what interuppted it? Tapping into the girls memories was easy but everytime that dragon slayer gets near, her nightmares turn into dreams and dreams don't help me controll the mind at all...I'll get her when they are not around...or the dragon slayer.

Natsu POV (it was short again)

I was sitting at a table and I glanced over at Lucy. she was talking to Levy and Mirajane and not far from them Erza was eating strawberry cake and Happy was trying to give Wendy's Exceed (Flying white, talking cat) Carla a fish but she simply crossed her arms and turned away. I suddenly felt something cold at the back of my head, I turned around, it was Gray, he was shirtless and looking away like he didn't to anything.
"Hey watch where you're throwing those" I yelled over to Gray
"Maybe you should get out of the way next time" he said smugly
"well how was I suppose to know a snowball was going to hit me in the head" I said glaring at him in the eye
"What you have good hearing and smell, flame breath" he scoffed
"Eh...you wanna go perverted popsicle?" I said while marching over to him
We were about to start throwing some punches but Erza whacked out heads together and we fell to the ground.
"you two better not be fighting" Erza warned
Gray and I went into a best friends stance and said
"Aye!" we said in unsion 
And with that she walked away to see Erza continue eating her cake
Gray and I glared at eachother but we eventually walked away from eachother. I then glanced at Lucy and she was laughing with the other girls, with that sweet smile ofhers, I smiled at the sight and she turned my way and smiled softly at me, suddenly a warm fuzzy feeling emerged from my stomach and she signaled me to come over so I did.
"What is it?" I asked
"Erza wanted to talk to you about something" she annouced 
"Yeah" I said walking over to Erza and Lucy followed
"Well Natsu I figured out a plan to stop the Goblins without going to sleep but it will need teamwork" Said Erza
"Could I come" Said Lucy
"No...what if the.." I began to say
"It's okay, I'll be fine, i'll just be extra careful this time and if I need help I'll count on you" she smiled
I was a little taken aback form her comment but I nodded and my face felt warm
"Well I suppose you can come but we have to tell the mayor the plan too" replied Erza
"So who's coming" asked Lucy
"Well me, Natsu, Gray, Wendy and you" Replied Erza
"Why wendy? won't it be dangerous?" I asked
"Yeah but if one of us fall under the goblins spell she can try to heal us before the effects become permanate" replied Erza
I nodded and so did Lucy.
