Just another happy ending

Chapter 31

I curled myself up into a ball and buried my face in her chest. She played with my hair a lil and started to read me a story. I fell asleep and when I woke up I saw a note on the railing of the bed.' I went home to go and get some rest. I'll be back after my nap.' I read from the note. I felt sad and upset but I knew she needed to rest so I just laid there tearing up. I just want things to go back like normal when we were happy and we had fun. I just want to feel loved and wanted by her like I use too. It breaks my heart that she's hurting internally as well and I'm not doing anything to help her. I decided to pack my stuff and surprise her back at home. I checked myself out of the hospital even if I'm not suppose to but I'd take the risk of bleeding out to death for her. I got a cab home. Once I got home I chucked my stuff on the floor and went up to bed to cuddle her. She was peacefully sleeping on our bed and I just hauled myself onto the bed and cuddled her from the back. I could tell she felt my presence cause she grabbed my arms and tightend my grip on her. I fell asleep happy for the first time in months.
