Just another happy ending

Chapter 40

I woke up in the middle of the night to a nightmare. I struggled to breathe. Some how she woke up and sat up next to me making sure I was okay. I couldnt sleep so we decided to talk. We brought up so many fun memories we had together. After a couple hours I got tired and started to fall asleep. She cuddled me in her arms making sure I was safe and everything. I placed her hand on top of mine while it was on her tummy. I just looked at her and I told her how much I loved her. How much she means to me. How she's been the best wife,girlfriend and best friend anyone could ever have. She could sense something was wrong. I carried on tell her everything from the time we met and how I felt to till now. All she has done was make me happy. I fell asleep in her loving arms talking her ears off. Next thing I realize when I wake up is I see my helpless body laying in her arms. She was still peacefully sleeping with me in her arms. By the time she woke up she knew I was long gone. She didn't cry cause she knew I left without suffering. She expected me to be gone by then cause of the talk I had with her the night before.
