Here We Go Again

            I woke up with the sun in my eyes and I groaned. My legs were intertwined with Fred’s and our naked bodies were pressed against each other. I smiled at that and rubbed his legs with mine. I touched his chest and rubbed it. Our night went from playfully fighting over the chicken enchiladas to making out to making love twice. It was truly the best way to make up from a fight. I felt Fred’s arm move and rub my back. I smiled more and looked up at his grinning face. “Good morning, Love.” He said and kissed my head.

            “Good morning.” I kissed his chest. “Have I told you how much I love you?”

            “I think you did last night.” He continued rubbing my back.

            I laughed and looked at the clock. “Shoot. I have to go.” I flew out of bed and went to the bathroom.

            “What? Where are you going?” Fred asked and followed me.

            “It’s almost noon. I have lunch plans with Ginny and Hermione.” I turned on the shower and got in.

            “Why can’t you cancel the plans and stay in bed with me all day?” He opened the door and got in with me.

            “Because Ron will probably drop the kids off when Hermione leaves so we can’t.” I put some shampoo in my hair. “Which means you get to watch them while I’m out.” I smiled out them.

            “Then I’ll get George to bring Oliver over.”

            “Ok but no experiments on the kids. Especially ones that turn their skin a different color.”

            He grinned. “No promises.” He kissed my head.

            After we finished showering, we got dressed and I got on makeup before apparating out of the house and to Diagon Alley. Hermione and Ginny were waiting for me outside Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes and they were smiling at me. We hugged and Hermione said, “Ron’s dropping the kids off at your house right now.”

            I smiled. “Thanks again for letting them stay with you.”

            “Any time.” She smiled.

            “So, how are you and Mr. Party-Ruiner anyways?” Ginny asked as we started walking towards the Leaky Cauldron.

            “Great. We fought then made up. Twice.” Hermione and I laughed and Ginny groaned.

            “I don’t want to hear about my brother like that.”

            “Sorry.” I apologized and looked at Hermione. “So, were the kids good?”

            We walked into the Leaky Cauldron. “Yeah. Nicky fell asleep after we got home and Maria and Katie were worried you two were going to separate. Ron and I assured them you two will be fine.”

            I sighed. “Thank you.”

            “I’ll go order.” Ginny said and left as Hermione and I sat down.

            “So, you and Fred?” Hermione asked with a smile on her face.

            I grinned and explained everything to Hermione while Ginny was gone. Once she came back with our sandwiches, she sat down and said, “Big day this weekend. Someone’s turning twenty-three.”
