"Now since he left you have some explaining to do."
I glance up from my phone to see Brandon leaning against my door frame. I motion him to sit on my bed.
"He warned me about this guy that just moved here. That he didn't trust him. That's it."
He raised an eyebrow at me, "You sure that's it?"
"That's all he told me. Now, how was your date?"
His eyes light up as I mention it.
"The date was amazing! I had so much fun with Claire... Hopefully she liked the date..."
I smirked at him, "What if someone else finds her, and takes her on a date?"
His face turned sour, "Then he will see more of me than her."
I start laughing at him, "I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry about anything."
He sticked his tongue out at me, then stood up and then ruffled my hair.
"Goodnight Lace."
I smile up at him, "Goodnight B."
He yawned as he walked out of my favorite room and closed the door. I glanced at me clock to see read 1:26 am.
I guess I will fall asleep... Maybe for a little bit... Hopefully this time I won't get any interruptions.
I close my eyes as I drift off to the unknown.
"LACEEEEEE! Wake up!"
I groan as I pull my pillow over my head, in attempt to block out the annoying voice.
"Oh no. Not today missy. It's a Saterday and we're doing something."
I feel the blankets being pulled down off my body. I squirm trying to block the cold air against my skin.
"If you get up we can go wherever you want for breakfast..."
My eyes snap open as I throw the pillow off my head. I see Brandon, Claire, and Ryder looking down at me with amused expressions.
"I'm up. Now let's go."
I shove them out of my room as I quickly change our of my clothes into a pair of shorts and a black shirt. I pull out a pair of my socks and pull my converse on.
I open my door and quickly rush down the stairs, the others were at the door waiting for me.
"So where to?"
I grin towards Brandon, "The Diner."
The Diner is well, exactly what it sounds like. It's been in our town for over sixty years, and it serves the best food.
"Then let's roll."
We all get into the car, Brandon and Claire in the front while Ryder and I in back.
Ten minutes later we arrive in front of the restaurant as we pull into the parking lot.
I jump out of my seat and rush to the doors.
"Jeez. Where did all of this energy come from?"
I glare over at Ryder when I heard what he mumbled.
"I'm getting food, that's why. No shut up."
"So demanding..."
We walk inside to a booth, Claire and Brandon sit together as I sit in the seat opposite of them. I give Ryder a pointed look.
