When the light faded, Alyssa stood, her body clothed in a green jumpsuit that had a hexagonal pattern on it, with many shades of green that progressively got darker around her back. In her hand was a cute parasol. She smirked and her and Hawkmoth ran at each other. Alyssa, at the last minute, slid under his legs and pulled him down,Ladybug and Chat Noir joined in on the fight. Even with three of them against Hawkmoth, he still was formidable. They broke apart, Alyssa, Adrien, and Marinette were struggling for breath.
"Lucky Ch-" before Marinette could finish her sentence the whole building shook and swayed.
"What''s this?" Adrien asked almost falling over. Alyssa looked up and saw a delighted smile on Hawkmoth's smug face. Alyssa took a few steps towards him,
"Why you littl-" The building creaked and groaned in protest as it was split down the middle. A huge crack separated Alyssa from her comrades. She fell over and almost into the crack that led all the way to the ground. She glanced over and saw the terrified faces of her little brother and Marinette. A shadow fell over her and she looked up to see Hawkmoth looming over her. He grabbed a handful of her dark red hair and lifted her up. Alyssa screamed in pain, flailing.
"Let her go!" Adrien ran forward but slipped and slid to a stop close to the crack. Marinette sprung into action and hauled him away from the edge. They could only stand and watch Alyssa and Hawkmoth. Alyssa grabbed the curved handle of her umbrella and pulled out a blade from the barrel. She sliced into Hawkmoth's arm, forcing him to drop her. With a powerful kick she sent him flying across the top of the building.
"Get off of the building!" She screamed over the noise of breaking glass and steal supports failing and snapping.
"But what about you? And Hawkmoth?!" Adrien yelled back, Alyssa smiled,
"Don't worry, I'll figure something out!" She saw Adrien shaking his head.
"No! Don't leave me again! Promise, Promise me you'll come back!" He screamed at the top of his lungs. The two halves of the building started to fall, "Promise me!!" Adrien shrieked again. All Alyssa could do was nod, she turned back to Hawkmoth, who was finally back on his feet.
"You know I can't keep that promise" she murmured to herself. Hawkmoth charged at her, white beams flying out of his palms. Alyssa expertly dodged the attacks and got in a couple hits with her estoc. Again the building took a lurch, slowly tipping over and falling to the earth. Alyssa struggled to stay on her feet and felt Hawkmoth shove her closer to the edge. He lunged at her again but Alyssa grabbed his coat,
"If I go, you go" she said, gripping the clothing firmly. Fear flashed in his eyes as he glanced over the edge. Alyssa glanced to Adrien and Marinette who were about to jump off of the crumbling building to safety. Adrien's eyes were wide as he watched his sister face off against his father. Alyssa's heart twisted in pain at the thought of what she was about to do. Shutting her eyes tightly so she didn't see his reaction, she jumped off the edge, taking her father with her.
"Noooooo!!!!!" Adrien shouted he raced across the roof trying to reach his sister before she fell to her death but a wire wrapped itself around his waist and he was flung back to Ladybug's side,
"We can't save her! We have to go!" Marinette yelled into his ear but he barely heard her. Marinette grabbed him and threw her yoyo, both of them swinging to safety as Alyssa was on the other side, waiting for death.
