Recap:
I waited for the man to come out and when he did, I pulled him in a room that was behind me.“Who are you?!” asked the man.
“Seriously? You asked the same question Blondie asked me earlier," I told him, "but thats not important, are you the one behind all the deaths of the children around US?" I asked but he only stood there staring into space.
And suddenly..
--
An unbearable pain coursed throughout my whole body. It feels like my whole body is about to burst open. I fell on the ground trying to compose myself.
The man asked startled, “What’s wrong with you?!”
I didn’t answer as the pain subsided. What was that all about, I thought.
“Hey, I’m talking to you!” said the man. I slowly stood up gaining the strength that left me when I felt the pain. I stood there for a while then quickly grabbing the man’s arms behind preventing him from moving.
“Now, answer my question,” I started my voice dripping with venom, “are you the one responsible for killing all those innocent children?”
“Yes, I am responsible for their deaths,” the man said so quietly that couldn’t have heard without my heightened hearing.
“Why did you kill them?” I slowly asked.
“My daughter,” he paused, “I needed their hearts for my daughter but every time the doctors took their hearts out, they stop beating.”
I wasn’t expecting that to be his reason but still he shouldn’t have done that, killing so many innocent children. I can’t just kill him though, he has a child. I guess I’ll just have to arrest him and let the police take care of him.
“In that case,” I paused as I took my cuffs out, “you’re under arrest for murdering all those children, also don’t worry about your daughter, she’ll be in good hands.”
I pinched his pressure point shutting his body down but just enough for me to take him to the police station before he wakes up. I ran all the way to my car with the man on my back. When I reached my car, I carefully placed him on the back sit and drove off. When I arrived, I carried the man towards the station handing him to the policemen that were there after showing them the tattoo on my neck knowing that they'll immediately recognize me. It’s a crown with a snake going through it, I was also born with it.
After that, I went back to the agency that I work for. It’s in an island that is unknown to people who doesn’t work at the agency. When I arrived, I made my way to my room but on the way I was suddenly tackled to the ground by an overgrown wolf with pure white fur and green eyes that you could get lost in to.
“Ow! You’re getting fat Jhirgo,” I grunted receiving a growl in return. “You just love being in your wolf form huh?” I told him as the wolf shifted into human form. Jhirgo have toned body and a pale complexion that brings out his eyes with his raven black hair combed back making a quiff.
“Of course I do,” he said. “Anyways how was your mission?”
I sighed and said, “It turned out that the man only killed the children because he needed a heart for his daughter.”
“Oh wow, I didn’t see that coming,” he said.
“Well yeah me too, I need to take a shower, see you in a bit!” I yelled as I ran towards my room dying to use the bathroom.
After doing my business, I went infront of the mirror and examined my reflection. I have a long raven black hair that goes down stopping at my waist. My eyes are very strange but some people thinks it looks cool. My right eye is black with white pupils while my left eye is the lightest gray with black pupils. I have a well defined body due to the missions I do.
I was about to take my clothes off but an unbearable pain interrupted me from doing so. I tried so hard not to scream but I couldn’t hold it in. Jhirgo came barging in asking me if I’m alright as soon as he saw me on the floor. When the pain subsided, I realized that my father is the one causing it. He’s weakening my barrier with his powers but just enough to send one of the knights to track me down.
Just as I thought, a knight appeared in my room.
“Princess Hue, you need to come back and take over the throne. Come willingly or we’re gonna have some problems,” announced the knight taking a step closer as he spoke.
“Hue, who is that?” asked Jhirgo with uneasiness in his voice
“I’m not going back to that prison,” I said calmly ignoring Jhirgo’s question. “Now, go back and tell my father to find someone else that would want to take over.”
“I’m afraid I can’t do that, milady.”
Without another word, I took off towards my sword grabbing it under the bed. It’s a celestial blade that could cut through anything.
Well shit. Looks like shits about to go down.
