Chapter 9

                  "Where the heck is the trophy room?" Liz asked herself as she took a peek around a corner making sure it was safe for the two of them to enter.

                  "I don't. Why are you asking me?" laughed Kevin as he shrugged.

                  "I was talking to myself." answered Liz as she peeked around another corner.

                 "Do you think we're going to get caught again??" said Yadira as she put some of her hair behind the ear. 

                 "If Liz doesn't get here in time and you guys don't help me fight we will." answered Sandy as she sat on a stack of blue gym mats.

                  "This place looks nothing like a trophy room. It's more like a storage room. They have no respect for their awards. If I had a baby like this, I'd shine it everyday." said Sandy as she drooled over one of the track and field trophies.

                 "Liz would have taken that one." said Yadira as everyone except Sandy laughed.

                  "Yeah right, I could beat her in anything." said Sandy as she turned to Yadira. Yadira began to laugh even harder causing her to slightly cough.

                  "Oh yeah? I dare you to race her tomorrow in front of the whole school. Well she's going to bring the whole school anyways to watch you fail." said Justin as he high-fived Yadira.

                   "I can take on any dare." said Sandy as she rolled her eyes, not knowing what the dare was. An 'Oh Snap' look came upon Sandy's face as she read the trophy's description and noticed what the dare was.

                  "Wait... what was the dare again?" said Sandy as Yadira let out another hearty laugh.

                  "I got 6 words and they will make you nervous. Race Liz In Front Of Everyone." said answered Justin as he let out a chuckle.

                  "Wait! T-That's n-n-not f-f-f-fair! I wasn't listening!" complained Sandy as she stared at Yadira as she laughed.

                    "Well you could take on ANY dare so take this one on." said Justin as he fist bumped Yadira. I'm going to be the laughingstock of the school year if I race her! thought Sandy as humiliation pasted through her mind.

                   'Whatever, can we just change the subject? We're still in danger." snapped Sandy as she heard and felt a buzz from her front pocket.

               "We're comin down the hallway! Unlock the door (If u even thought abt doin' so -_-)" read the text from Liz as she heard a familiar voice say "Come on" in the hallway and the noise of footsteps. Sandy quickly unlocked the door and saw a foot kick open the door, making it quickly swing open. In came Liz carrying Kevin bridal style.

               "Prince Artemis is saved by his bro in shining awesome!" teased Liz as she made everyone laugh.

              "Prince Artemis demands you to PUT HIM DOWN." demanded Kevin. 

             "Alright, Your Majesty." said Liz as she literally dropped him into the other pile of gym mats so he wouldn't get hurt. 

              "You asked for it." laughed Jahlani as she high-fived Liz.

              "Have you seen the Dominos and Katniss?" asked Liz as she whipped her hair out of her face.

              "The Dominos?? Katniss??" everyone questioned in unison.

               "One white suit and six black, the girl with her hair on fire?" sternly said Liz as she stared out the small window on the door.

               "Nope." replied Sandy as she dusted off a piece of lint on her black stretch pants.

               "I suggest we get the flip out of here and all rush home so we don't get caught by our parents." advised Liz as she placed her hand on the door handle.

               "Alright. We're going to do this Quick and all you have to do is Follow Me." ended Liz as she opened the door and followed her tracks back through the hallways her and Kevin had traveled through....

                                                           ~10 Minutes Later~

                They finally made it toward the lobby and all sighed in relief. 

               "Come on people. We just have to get outta here and run home." said Liz as she lead the way toward the building's entrance doors. Liz quietly opened the glass door and allowed her friends to go before her. Once they were all out, they began to run across the field once more to make it back on the sidewalk to run home.

              "Does everyone know where their house is?" asked Sandy as she wiped her face from sweating.

              "Yup."

              "Yeah."

              'Uh-huh."

              "Yes"

              "Maybe."

              "Justin, your house is on Oakland. Just make two right down there and your house should be there." said Jahlani as she pointed in the direction Justin's house was.

              "There they ar-" the white suited man was startled by the gloves of Ms. Levi's hands that touched his right left shoulder.

              "Just let them go. I have a better way to lurk them in. Anyways, we'll give lil' Dylan a task to take on with them. I know where they go to school, I did some snooping around in the avian's bag and found her school ID." said Ms. Levi with a smirk on her face. 

              "Alright then. Back to the van men." said the suited man as he, Ms. Levi and the rest of the men started to walk back to the van.

             "See you guys at school tomorrow." said Jahlani as everyone took over running home...
