River's P.O.V
All of these memories from his life were rushing into my head. It was like a waterfall that I couldn't stop. But, I wasn't really sure I wanted the memories to stop. They showed me things, explained information that I was striving to find. But, when his body twitched, the memories began to fade and I decided that it was time to go. "Gianna, that girl Victoria. Remember her? The Greek one?"
"Yeah! What about her?"
"She might be able to help, and plus, her older brother, Dylan, is really hot. Let's go before "Clover" wakes up and tries to kill us...again." Gianna gave a slight nod and we started walking back towards her house.
"First, we have to check on my family and make sure they are okay,"This time I nodded back to her in reply.
We walked over the planks of broken wood that previously made up the door. They weren't on the first floor, so we went down to the basement thinking that they stayed down in the panic room until we came home. The door was locked and we could hear the small family crying from the other side. Gianna reached for the door knob and jiggled the handle. Locked. The crying on the other side intensified. I could tell they were scared. "Mom, it's me and River. It's okay, we know a solution." Gianna whispered. Kim got up and opened the door. Lucia and Lara were quivering in the corner, but then greeted me and Gianna with open hugs.
"Okay, so we have a plan. Gianna and I know someone who can help." I said. " And has a really hot brother, but her name is Victoria."
"Okay, but be very careful. " Kim said
"Right back at ya, Mom." Gianna replied. I nodded and we walked out of the room hearing the click of the door locking behind us. Soon enough, we were walking out of her house and on our way to see the Greek. I looked behind me as Gianna walked at my side, checking to see if the man was behind us, thankfully he wasn't. We kept walking towards our school to get to Victoria's house.
Finally, we arrived and rang the bell. And there he stood, the hottest person that I had ever seen in my entire life. Thank goodness I'm looking mildly decent today!! He smiled politely at me and said "Hey. I've never seen you before. Are you one of Victoria's new friends?"
"Yeah, and we need her help. I think you could help too. But, it's kinda urgent..." I trailed off
"Oh, alright. Come on in. I'm Dylan, by the way."
"River. And that's Gianna."
"HE'S SO HOT!!!!!!!" Gianna whisper-yelled to me. He smiled at her while he opened the door for us. Upon entering we saw a short woman in the doorway to the kitchen.
"Dylan...is this a new girlfriend of yours?" The woman said while pointing at me. I figured she was his mother.
"I wish." He whispered to himself. "Victoria's room is up those stairs, make a right and it's the first door on your left. My room is across the hall, if you wanted that information. I smiled shyly while Gianna stared into his clear blue eyes, as almost if she was hallucinating. Gianna turned to go up the stairs as I followed her.
"Okay Dylan. Yo can stop staring at them now." Mrs. Victoria's Mom said. He scoffed and started to walk up behind me.
"If there's anything I can do to help, just let me know. I'd be happy to spend more time with you." He whispered to me. Once we got up the stairs he opened his door and said "Remember, I'd be happy to help." He smiled once again and went into his room.
